Was given a delivery date when ordering the sofa, the member of staff in the shop was really professional and very informative about the sofas. Delivery date was confirmed week before. On the date was kept updated about the time slot, was also in formed when delivery team were caught up in traffic,they still arrived on time.the sofa was qiuckly put together checked all was working, and everything was fine. Friendly delivery team. They took all the package away. Can thank the whole team enough, sofa is lovely.

Every thing was going well until the delivery arrived, the delivery man said where are we going, I told them to the 3 rd floor, he said they do not deliver above 2 nd but the paperwork said 0,
After a bit of arguing and the man ring his manager he decided to deliver it.
It was wrong of the sales man Michael to not put down 3 rd floor no lift as that is what I told him when ordering the sofa, this cost me a lot of stress on the day and he never rang me back after I left a message on his phone.

We had a great costumer service from Osa. She was amazing and very happy with the service she provided us!

Sales guy Calvin was great. So patient and not at all pushy. Kept updated with delivery times. Was late but called so that was ok. Was disappointed how the boxes with furniture in were just thrown about. Luckily no damage but there were a couple of dirty marks which I have rubbed off

Jerry was excellent. We re-visited the store as were impressed by him and ordered a two seater sofa. Once we exchange on our purchase we will probably be back two order another two seater and a three seater!

Experience was good, fully explained. Impressive, good quality furniture seems and hope it lives up to it's standard. Hope that deliver is on time. Consider adding freebies like side tables, cushions to encourage sale as sofa's themselves are quite expensive. Delivery should be free at that price. I wanted to change colour , so came the next day and process could be better. Please explain that change of colour can be made clearer. This was my 4th visit to the shop before I committed to buy and wish that I had been approached by salesperson better in the first place . I had to come on a quieter day to get to buy. But would recommend to F&F

We were spoiled for choice with so many sofas that fitted our needs and were ably assisted by Michael at the Purley Way branch. He was never pushy , gave us time to consider our options and provided all the necessary information in a wonderfully informal style.

The salesperson Mo was excellant, obviously very knowledgeable about the different sofas on offer. We took a long time to decide but he didn't rush us to make a purchase.
The delivery of the sofa kept me informed on what time they would arrive and were friendly.

Sales process and sofa were good. The delivery was poor. They changed my slot time without telling us. I waited in unnecessarily for three hours. When I phoned they didn’t know why. The driver said it was because he was sent to the same location twice.

Peter at Purley Way branch was very patient with me an Ill-informed customer.

I only went to look at sofabeds & ended up purchasing. I wish I had known beforehand there was so much written about them. I should have waited & read the info before purchasing.

I was disappointed to discover I only had two days in which to change my mind. I am concerned about the colour choice & now feel a contrast colour would be preferable.

I deliberately avoided leather although beautiful when new, less so when it has aged.
