Polite and precice. I did raise concern about the stitching quality and how the back flap going towards floor looked bad. I was given a leaflet and told to complain in 30 days

Original went in on may bank holiday, service was great staff amazing explained in detail about the sofas i like.
Then I went back few weeks later after deciding between sofas. Same staff helped me. As soon as I said the sofa the colour etc. It took about 20mins and it was all done and bordered very fast very efficient. No hassle.

Jack was a very helpful salesperson, and answered all questions.

The whole process from purchase to delivery was really good and received food communication throughout. The delivery drivers where very professional attentive and polite A+ took good care in my property and took all packaging away ... Only point is that I feel the company should allow slightly more time per delivery to allow the drivers to be on the top still at the end of the day

Comfy furniture, waiting for technician to fix the sofa.

Great instore service & ordering process, delivered on time within the time frame stipulated. Furniture was unpacked built & demonstrated before we gave it the once over for obvious defects. All packaging was taken away by delivery guys too 👍

She gave us great advice and because of that, because of Hannah, we were fully committed to buying a suite from the store, it was just a question of which one. We selected a beautiful suite and left the store feeling so well looked after. Thank you Hannah. We miss you already. Also, the coffee was awesome!

The salesman was helpful in finding the right sofa for my needs.
Once purchased the salesman gave me an idea of the timeframe for delivery.
Then received a message to give me a provisional delivery date however I was easily able to rearrange it for a more convenient date. The day before I was given a time frame and On the day I was kept updated with the time of delivery and was able to track the drivers as they were on their way.

I recommend to all friends, amazing product and service from all staff.
