Great service and communication right up to the delivery excellent

On line very disappointing service my order was not coming so I went into Poulton shop and the service was amazing I would give them 5 stars

Hannah in Chester was thoroughly professional from start to finish. Very knowledgeable about her products, a very relaxed style of selling, she asked lots of questions without being over bearing. It is clear from our experience that she enjoys her role and dealing with customers. She is a credit to the business as are the rest of the team. We look forward to receiving our sofas. We had the previous day spent some time at a competitor and were actually returning to make a purchase. So glad we detoured into Poltron. Thank you for a very pleasant experience. Jayne & Huw

Very helpful - good prices and good display of sofas

From entering the Chester store we were greeted by pleasant young man Jack, he was very helpful and polite, what I really appreciate more is we were not pestered which is a big put off to me,
Jack was great and was happy to purchase from him 5* Jack for being so professional and polite.

Installation was quick and staff were helpful and explained how they work.
Although the lead time was quite long they are worth the wait and we are looking at ordering another sofa
