All the staff in Driffield are friendly, very knowledgeable about eye conditions and their products. They always put me at ease. The eye test is very thorough and professional.

The team at Scrivens Weston-super-Mare are excellent! Conner helped me sort out a new pair of glasses, understanding my needs and being extremely supportive. I go in with my assistance dog Daisy and my 3 boys all have autism. The are very patient with us and very supportive. Thank you.

Upon early arrival we were warmly greeted.
While waiting we took the time to look at the frame choices on offer, in a relaxed mood.
The examination was thourough and unhurried, any of my comments or questions answered. I left with full peace of mind about my eye health.
Joshua was very patient ensuring I was going to get the best combination for my glasses, for my needs.
I was definately treated as a person, not a number.

We have our annual eye tests at Screven’s in Shirley. The optometrists there are very good and take time to do a thorough exam which is both crucial and reassuring. Everyone in this branch is very helpful and we would not go anywhere else for our annual eye exams.

Local branch is Wem. Welcoming and professional staff. Optometrist Rosie Browning was top notch and spotted a retinal tear that needed urgent attention.NHS referral made immediately and laser surgery completed within 2 hours, helped by Rosie’s forward thinking to administer dilation drops immediately. Highly recommend.

My husband had been having difficulty with his hearing after a bad cough and cold. The GP prescribed medication to no avail. An impromptu visit to our Poulton-Le-Fylde branch of Scrivens was the answer. Not only a warm, caring and sensitive welcome but an appointment within the hour with Abraham, the wonderful audiologist who sorted the problem. Top marks to the brilliant team there! Thank you.

We had an emergency with a retinal detachment and the Doctor advised we had to see an optician urgently. We phoned a number of opticians, including our own, but Scrivens, Loughborough was the only one who would see us immediately.
When we arrived they sent us through to the optician straight away. After examination we were advised to go to eye emergency and were given a detailed report to take with us.
We visited Scrivens subsequently and they were extremely helpful again.

I recently saw Abin at Scriven's in Hythe Hampshire regarding my hearing aids. His customer care was exceptional. Knowledgeable, polite, caring, An extremely positive experience.

The staff at Aldridge were as usual very friendly and helpful. The eye test was done very professionally and courteously. The customer care ladies advised me a new type of lens available which would be more suitable for my needs and patiently helped me sort out new frames. It is a very relaxed and friendly environment with no pressure or rush . Excellent service, would highly recommend.

Waste of time. Local Waterlooville branch never answer the phone and are to short staffed to help. Waiting time for an appointment are horrendous. Went to another branch 30 mile round trip away. They say my hearing aids are working but unfortunately I can't hear out of them.They now want me to wait 9 months before they will do anything. 9 months only hearing every 5 word, unable to hear the TV, they suggested I use subtitles. Awful, Awful Company. Only interested in private patients. Head office is just as helpful.
