Ordering a second pair of specs.
I went in to order a second pair of spectacles. I was treated in a friendly and helpful manner by both staff members I saw. I was given helpful advice in both selecting the frames and with the detail of the lenses. Time was taken to explain the ramifications of the lenses with regard to he thickness of the lenses as it works with the frames and is affected by the prescription. Very helpful and efficient.

Great Optician
It was great to have an appointment with a skilled and knowledgeable Optician, I came away with a perfect prescription and advice on caring for my eye issue. The customer services was very good and easy to make an appointment.

New glasses fitted
Received my new prescription glasses on Saturday and had them fitted by the lovely Katy in Haywards Heath. They fit perfectly and I love them! Good service all round 😊

Friendly and helpful staff! My eye test was done on time, no waiting around. Plenty of budget priced frames to choose from which is very important to me.

They provide a thorough eye test, and examination of the health of the eyes. When my daughter was an anxious child and began to need glasses I took her to Scrivens.
