Ordered a laptop battery with 4 day delivery and money was taken from my account. After a week and no updates about dispatch etc. I sent an email on Friday morning to see if there was any updates on the order. Got a reply on Monday saying that they would look into it and email back later that day. Later that day I called and was told that they were still looking into it and after I requested, my delivery charge would be refunded. That evening I get an email to say that they had checked and the item was not in stock and I should get a refund within 2 - 3 days. So why was the item advertised and why was I charged if they didn't even have it? Also would I have ever received an update or even been told that it wasn't in stock if I hadn't asked? Or would I just have had my money taken and not heard anything back.

Came just in time and works perfectly. Performance is really impressive, switches pretty quickly and i can browse and work on it without any issue. Also gaming experience seems to be perfect so far as all games are performing well. Really satisfied.

Cheapest I could find the product I bought. Delivery prompt with excellent comms throughout the journey. Even emailed help about a query and they came back within 30-60 minutes. Have used before - a few years ago now - but pleased to see/say the service is as a great and seamless as ever!

Excellent! Ordered on Wednesday for next day delivery and the item arrived the next morning despite 3 inches of snow on the road!

I can't complain about the customer feedback, which was good and fast. I'm satisfied with the product as well.

A thing that the company should look up though is the insurance options they offer. From the ones I could choose from, the one I initially picked didn't cover my home region - I've learned it by myself. The staff acknowledged that and stated they will look into the issue.

WORST customer service I've ever seen !!! I've order a laptop that was 'exclusive upgraded to 16GB RAM'. The laptop I received was a used one, had a scratch on it, fingerprints, AC power cord unfolded and dirty, box was damaged, the protective bag was ripped. Anyway, as the aftersales and returns department is only email based support, I've managed to get in touch with one agent and explained the situation. A return has been processed and laptop sent back. After sending the laptop back, I've checked the progress and saw when they got it. The status was saying that it might take up to 7 working days to asses the product. I've sent them an email and asked to process this as soon as possible as a week passed already and I was not making use of the laptop I've ordered. In my email, I also specifically said that I'm not looking for a refund as the laptop was purchased through finance. I've asked them to send me a replacement one or the 8GB RAM model which should be new and sealed. At no point I've asked for a refund. Of course, my email was overlooked, as the customer support agent confirmed when I got in touch with them, and they processed a refund without even asking what I prefer, resulting in my finance agreement being cancelled. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND BOX.CO.UK, which is the same!!!

Ordered the laptop over the weekend and, as per the order specified it was delivered next working day on the Tuesday by DPD. No problems there. Laptop arrived with 3GB worth of Win10 updates to do though :(

The only other bum note of the experience is that they included a £60 promotional wine voucher, which is totally useless to me as I'm not a wine drinker. I would've much rather be given something more in keeping with the product that I bought.

Laptop is fine though - after a few hours of Windows updates.

Poor customer service , laptop received in poor condition, takes ages for them to reply emails, very bad responses. No refund etc Would not recommend.

Very good customer service. My order arrived within less than 24 hours and Tom went above and beyond in dealing with a query that came up in the process very quickly and sometimes outside his normal working schedule, which is greatly appreciated.

Took over 5 weeks to receive my money after returning.

Great price for a simple laptop for 11 yo daughter. Arrived on time, looks great and daughter loved it but the battery didn’t work.

No quibble return, reasonably quick response given just after Christmas, dropped off at Halfords for DPD pick up. Shouldn’t have needed to return it but all good with the process. Communication has now stopped so not quite sure where we are.

Faulty product, still waiting for resolution and use DPD, which instantly loses them a star! 3 Stars so far!
