Picked up my BMW on Saturday and the whole experience from initial contact to driving away was exceptional.
All queries or questions were answered without hesitation and all open honest replies.
I also felt a degree a friendliness from everyone at Savannah which is a great touch.
The whole process was not rushed or pressured in any way, in fact if anything Savannah wanted you to take your time. I was given the keys and left to look around the car at my leisure, which also emphasises the "no pressure" approach.
All in all a fantastic experience with people it was a pleasure to do business with.

When purchasing a product we always look for a company that can offer not only what we want, but must have great customer service. This is exactly what we got from Savannah Cars. When we set out looking for our next car we had an exact model in mind and looked around at a few cars at different locations. As soon as we were greeted by Antonio we knew we were in good hands, nothing was too much trouble. The car itself was a great specification, not the cheapest but certainly the best presentation, coupled with the friendly service and attention to detail to make sure it was perfect when collected it made an easy purchase. Genuinely the best vehicle buying experience I’ve had so far!

Massive thank you to everyone at Savannah Cars who helped me to purchase the Ford Ranger MSRT. I don’t usually write detailed reviews but they genuinely do deserve the feedback.

Firstly, I was greeted over the phone by Scott and Antonio, on various calls to fine tune the finance to my needs. This was done quickly and I was able to change various factors without causing any stress.

Secondly, I was offered far more for my trade in than anywhere else I had enquired to! We didn’t end up part exchanging it in the end as it sold locally but was good to know they had offered such a good price.

Finally was the pickup, and the most impressive stage! We flew down from Glasgow yesterday, arrived at savannah cars at 11:45, by 12:00 we were sitting in the pickup with the engine running ready to start the long drive home! Antonio had prepared absolutely everything for us, down to the last detail it couldn’t have been more organised! Finance was sorted in minutes, taxed, insured and ready to go! Top notch service! Well worth the 12 hour drive home.

P.s The detailers were working on a car when we arrived and their attention to detail is very obvious when you have a look round how clean all the cars are. I’ll be back down in a few years when it’s time to get a fresh vehicle.
