Great experience buying a car. Jack gave a great service.

Really great service from Fraser. Very helpful. Answered all the questions I had. Gave me plenty of time to look around the car and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Prestige cars again and Fraser is a credit to the company.

Sam S was great from the moment we entered until the end of our meeting. He understood what we were looking for and never pressured us at all and ran back and forth to make sure he made sure things were done properly. He’s only been here under a year and is already a Star for this company from his service alone. Much appreciated sir!

Really positive experience working with James and Izzy, both professional and managed to go from viewing the car to handing over the keys within 6 days!

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I’ve received from an authorised dealership representing Audi.
My vehicle has now been with them for over 2 months for what was described as a routine cambelt repair. During this time, I have been informed that additional components, including sensors, were damaged during the repair process, which has caused further delays.
What is most concerning, however, is the complete lack of communication. For several weeks, I have repeatedly been told that a manager would call me back, yet no call has ever been received.
I have now been without my vehicle for over two months while continuing to pay approximately £500 per month in finance, with no clear resolution or accountability.
At this stage, this is no longer just about a delayed repair — it is about the standard of service, communication, and responsibility expected from an authorised Audi dealership.
I have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly and privately. However, due to the ongoing lack of response, I am now raising this publicly.
If this matter is not addressed urgently, I will have no option but to escalate it further, including contacting Audi UK directly and submitting a formal complaint to the Motor Ombudsman.
I would welcome immediate contact from senior management to bring this to a proper resolution.

reserved a car until.saturday evening confirmed in writing and because they assumed i wouldn't get there until the day after they sold it this morning before my paid reservation was up. seemd to think it was ok as they are refunding my deposit (we will see) but they dont honour their promises.

I have bought my Mercedes Benz from prestige car this April 2026. Honestly, boys are very cordial for customers. My fill was dealt by me James Kay. He is very organised and friendly to serve me. I am highly recommended to him and his employer prestige car to buy car anyone.

Went to view a BMW. Beautiful car, stunning condition, cleaned up nicely and was very presentable. I’m so used to sales being high pressure and overly rushed and a million extras being pushed at me. But there was no pressure, no unnecessary extras, everything was explained in detail and all my questions were answered. Very welcoming and helpful! Sam. P gave me as much time as I needed to think over the deal and was amazing the whole way through. Very very happy with the service and definitely one of the most pleasant sales experiences I’ve had! Very happy with the car and the service overall. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Prestige card and more specifically with Joe. He was knowledgable and engaged and professional. But also not worried to say he didn’t know something. He then made sure he found out for me and communicated well at all times.

Rang up prestige cars Kent about a test drive, they were very accommodating and very welcoming when it came to the appointment. I had Ivan as my salesman and he was great, very helpful and was happy to answer all of my questions on the test drive and also about all the paper work.
