I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I’ve received from an authorised dealership representing Audi.
My vehicle has now been with them for over 2 months for what was described as a routine cambelt repair. During this time, I have been informed that additional components, including sensors, were damaged during the repair process, which has caused further delays.
What is most concerning, however, is the complete lack of communication. For several weeks, I have repeatedly been told that a manager would call me back, yet no call has ever been received.
I have now been without my vehicle for over two months while continuing to pay approximately £500 per month in finance, with no clear resolution or accountability.
At this stage, this is no longer just about a delayed repair — it is about the standard of service, communication, and responsibility expected from an authorised Audi dealership.
I have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly and privately. However, due to the ongoing lack of response, I am now raising this publicly.
If this matter is not addressed urgently, I will have no option but to escalate it further, including contacting Audi UK directly and submitting a formal complaint to the Motor Ombudsman.
I would welcome immediate contact from senior management to bring this to a proper resolution.

I had a great experience with Prestige card and more specifically with Joe. He was knowledgable and engaged and professional. But also not worried to say he didn’t know something. He then made sure he found out for me and communicated well at all times.
