Incomplete delivery
Being a big fan of Salt and their beers it was disappointing that they were unable to fulfil my order. The delivery was 15 cans short, which at first I suspected were not in stock; however they were still available to buy in the online shop. After if was highlighted to customer services a refund was immediately processed but I feel Salt could have offered to send the remaining beers initially before rushing to refund me.

NO DELIVERY
The delivery was not completed that forced me to purchase more beer AND I had no information from Parcelforce - I was home all day and at the specific time of the delivery I was in my kitchen and so near the front door- it wasn't delivered nor was an attempt made because no note was left.
I have also tried Salt brewery customer service 2 different ways and still have heard nothing back.

First and foremost it's great beer
First and foremost it's great beer that haas a great deal of flavour and is refreshing.
The website is easy to follow and there are lower prices for bulk buying.
Delivery is good with the cans being well packaged.
Customer service is good - I didn't know the status of my last order and got a quick reply.
