Great tasting beers as usual, and when royal mail decided to return my order when I was out, a replacement order was sent straight away after I got in touch. Can't fault your customer service.

Missing beer
The ordering process was fine and the delivery was sent on the next available working day which was great. When it arrived though I only received 1 of three boxes ordered. But a swift series of emails back and forth with their customer service team and all is well with the replacement bers being sent at the next available opportunity. Excellent work Salt Brewery. Also, the beers are delicious.

Actually very happy with the beers…
Actually very happy with the beers and the prices from Salt but I keep getting spammed with review reminders, so rating 1* for each company that spam me with emails to until this awful practice stops.

Delayed delivery
I was disappointed in the delivery this time. There was no communication with Parcelforce regarding a delivery attempt and no card was left to let me know what to do next. I was on hold to speak with them for over an hour.
The box ordered from Salt is a 40th birthday present that is this Saturday. I’ve ordered from you a number of times with prompt standard delivery and so thought a week would be plenty of time for this to be received.
