Good customer service the material was amazing and it was a great experience and I would go again
brilliant Customer Service - when I have a query on a particular product prior to placing the order ( to save having to return ) the response is very quick and really honest - they even go out of their way to contact stores if they aren’t completely sure before getting back to me - much appreciated
Slow refunds. Customer pays return postage. Not that impressed anymore so I won't be bothering to order.

My order was requested prior to the Christmas delivery deadline ( as I understood it) I am still waiting. I was hoping the dress would arrive for me to west it on Christmas Day. No chance. I am now waiting for it to arrive for the New Year Celebrations. I have requested this and chased up delivery but nothing . Very slow delivery. I am unsure if this is normal or maybe just be wise it's Christmas. I ordered too last minute but I am a new customer and used to quicker delivery.

UPDATE!
Following my original 1 star review Sahara messaged and after a phone call it turned out all my emails had not been received even though the address was correct. Sahara arranged no-cost pick-up of the item and I have now been refunded. I did love the jumper and was sad it was faulty.
It pains me to give one star. I’ve bought Sahara’s beautiful clothes for many years now and love all their linens.
My gripe this time is that I bought two gorgeous cashmere sweaters in the summer but one has a small hole in the back (thread fault I’m guessing). I’ve emailed Sahara twice now, with pictures, but sadly with no response so am hoping someone may contact me on here before I take to social media.
It’s a LOT of money to spend on something you can’t wear (but actually really want to!)

Unfortunately an item I ordered was not quite what I had visualised and I had to return. I can commend Saharah for their advice and reassurance and for dealing with my refund issue quickly and effectively.

I've purchased a couple of (fabulous) items over the last few months - as a new customer. I have found the sizing of the items on the large side, but I've bought/ ordered more than one so that I could return items that don't fit. Yes, there are delivery and return fees (I'm lucky - I can return to a shop although it is a couple of hours 'round trip'). For me, Sahara clothing is quality, unique and socially responsible - which comes at a cost. Whilst I would love free delivery and returns, I'm prepared to forego this to support a family business that offers something different. I've had so many complimentary comments about my purchases - I'll continue to be a customer, albeit probably one that heads for your sales! Thanks for being different

Amazingly I now have to pay to return the dress. Not something I spotted.
Not impressed. Sahara is now added to the list of companies with bad returns policies that I refuse to deal with. Their loss- big mistake

Sent for a longline jumper in deep rust colour, really lovely well made garment. Sadly the shape at the back was cape like and just didn’t look as I would have liked. The two stars are because there was not only a charge to post it to me which is absolutely fine and expected but the cost to return it was also expected to be at my cost which honestly I find unacceptable. Essentially with delivery and return circa £12 - that was the cost to try it on! The nearest shop to me is in York and that is about 40 miles away and they don’t carry everything. All in all not an entirely positive experience on this occasion but I do have a beautiful scarf from them which I bought a little while ago and that is great.

I LOVE the dress. Perfect fit in comfortable fabric & a stunning design. Also love the lace top & scarf I ordered. Delivery was swift & so efficient. I'm new to this company and will definitely order again!

This is a trustworthy and reliable company with excellent customer service and lovely clothes. If you can’t always afford the prices, look out for their regular sales for bargains.
Sahara has lovely products but they are expensive. Worth it if you like the product but my big gripe like others on this site is the charge for delivery under £200 and then for returns as well. Cheaper clothing companies don’t charge this much. I agree there needs to be a charge at least one way. However I won’t be using again for fear of being charged £10 and no product.

However my friend found two suitable outfits plus two more because they fitted and suited her perfectly.

I love sahara and have been buying regularly for six years. Quality, workmanship, design, fabric and colours are gorgeous. BUT I am 5'6" and my last two purchases have been shorter than I expected from promotional photos. Not unmanageable with my needle skills but disappointing.

I like Sahara clothes and their shops very much. I do not live close to a shop and sometimes order online, but have always hesitated over the cost of both delivery (if not ordering over £200 worth of clothes) and returns (all items).
I recently ordered one sale item thinking it would probably be a good fit based on previous Sahara items. It was however too big and too short, so I had to pay £4.95 for delivery and then another £4.95 for returning the item. The service was also dreadful: I ordered on 24 April, the item arrived on 30 April and I returned it about an hour after receiving it. I didn't receive a refund until 14 May despite my return parcel being with Sahara on 2 May. My money was in Sahara's hands for 20 days and I paid almost £10 costs for the privilege of trying on an item which was in my hands for an hour.
I see Sahara now uses a logistics company; I am not sure they are doing the brand any favours. I will not be ordering online again.
I had a problem with an item of jewellery which was faulty, I phoned the company and got a customer care person right away. That’s a bonus in itself. Her name was Francesca and she was amazingly helpful…she did everything she could possibly do to solve my problem and really quickly. And she did. Timing was essential as the item was for a birthday gift. Francesca got my replacement to me in time. I have not come across such fantastic customer care which is essential when you shop online.
