Purchased a moped on the 11th for $2,300 and canceled just a couple days later. Was told I had to call Monday — I called, and then they told me I needed to send an email instead. Got an email confirming the cancellation and that a refund would be issued.

It is now 11 days later. No refund.

When I called a week in, they said they typically wait a full week before issuing refunds because customers "change their minds." They told me I'd have it in 3–4 days. Still nothing.

Called again today. Now they're claiming it was "voided out" on the 13th (my original purchase date) and only promised to handle it today. Meanwhile, they actually suggested I just remove the CC engine from the moped and "drive carefully so I don't get pulled over" to avoid needing a motorcycle license. That is genuinely reckless advice.

I've had to contact my bank to open a dispute over $2,300.

One more red flag worth mentioning: their website displays a 4.8 out of 5 star rating with over 2,600 reviews — but you cannot click on it to actually read any of those reviews. Make of that what you will.

I should have read their Trustpilot reviews before purchasing. The pattern here is clearly not a one-off. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Made a credit card purchase on 5/26. Requested a cancellation next day OK. Wait 5-7 days for credit to credit card. Today, 6/14, no credit to my card. Multiple attempts to contact. No response. Seems to me that this organization is dishonest. Now, must contact a lawyer and take them to Court to recover my funds if other means do not work.
It appears that others are in a similar situation.

They are great handling customers I got calls every day till I was finished my purchase deal waiting on delivery

I brought a scooter from the company didn’t last for a week had to send it back they gave me the run around until I froze my bank account from paying them ls don’t but pls save yourself some stress go buy a Honda scooter or Yamaha !

I bought a golf cart from them that was supposed to have a 72 V lithium battery but it wound up with a 48 V lithium battery. There was no manual and they claimed there is no manual for that golf cart. I have to calling a few times and speaking with a couple of different people especially the guy in the parts division. I was treated like a third class citizen, rude unprofessional don’t give a flip attitude.It will not take a charge/ no power used it only one time no one I spoke with is willing in any way shape or form is willing to help. I feel I was scammed,lied to, misrepresented.

I purchased a new machine and it didn't work. I've not been reimbursed for the repair cost.

Made a large online purchase through saferwhole.com. Ordered two scooters. When my order finally arrived three weeks late it came totally disassembled. My order specifically stated fully assembled. Also one of the scooters was wrong one. After several attempts to contact saferwholesale I received promises of two separate partial refunds and also an email stating the same. I received part of the first refund but not the remainder of the refund as promised. Second refund also never came. Contacted them several times and each time I was told check would be sent out immediately. Finally after three months of lies they totally blew me off and rudely refused to discuss matter and hung on me. Bottom line is….. this not seem to be a reputable business and I suggest no do business with them. I personally have initiated legal action against company.

Total scammers. The owner Chris is a lier and a thief. Sold me a tuk tuk electric trike, complete junk, that arrived severely damaged, then ghosted me on phone calls, letters, and texts. I finally got a refund from American Express. Buy elsewhere they sell damaged junk

I bought a CoCo LSV from Safer Wholesale. Had a few issues, and management jumped thought hoops to correct them. My hat goes off to Zack and Chris. All is well now and I am enjoying my CoCo Trooper. Yes, I will buy from them again and will recommend them to others.

I don't understand how people can leave a 5 star rating when they haven't made a purchase. That's kind of misleading and just makes for a higher rating which isn't accurate

Bought a utv in 2021 That was great until it wasn't. Now I can't find parts for it. Every time I would call, email, anything they were rude, condescending and NO HELP at all. THIS IS A SCAM!! BUYER BEWARE!! NO ONE HAS PARTS!!

Would like more info were to buy the right equipment for my tank that I just purchase. such as all weather cover and the correct side saddle bags. I have no transportation at this time and I will have to use Amazon to purchase other items. I will need help with that.

Check your email receipt delivery will be for 3931 squaw valley Rd McCloud,CA.96057 . I stated several times in Mancelona, Michigan. My CU and Police Officer got involved. I believe this an attempted scam from someone to redirect a $1450.00 product over internet from Chicago,Ill. The delivery address was changed w/new receipt on email. Officer report made .

I had thought this site was a scam at first, and it is nothing of the sort! We had a great experience! We bought a mini jeep! I love it so much! It was exactly what we needed for fun! The jeep was delivered quickly, and customer service was great! Our jeep unfortunately came with a faulty battery, but safer whole sale is sending us a new one. So far we have been happy with our jeep and would buy again and again from this company!
