Misleading and frankly deceitful product information. Be careful when buying keyed-alike products - the website never clearly states that no matter how many locks you buy, you will only ever receive two keys, even though the product page suggests otherwise.
When I raised this, customer service was poor and dismissive. I was repeatedly told the wording was “clear,” despite the company admitting this has confused customers for years. No resolution was offered. Very disappointing experience.

Wrong keys ??
The safe delivered was sent with the incorrect key so it had to be returned. I took another days holiday to return the faulty safe and wait for its replacement. The faulty safe was collected but I was then advised the replacement would be delivered Monday. So another days holiday was taken to receive the replacement. The instructions to install advised a 14mm drill. Failed. I used a 12mm drill bit to install. It worked but I now have two extra holes. Great safe but poor execution of order and poor instructions.
