Ordered a safe, did not arrive when promised, so wasted a day. Once delivered late, open box to find door to safe totally detached.
Reading reviews late delivery and broken appears quite common in summer of 2026.
Numerous calls to customer service and still waiting....
In the mean time a safe with detached door to step over, and Customer Service want another two days (1 to collect, one to deliver replacement). 3 days to waste + today 4pm and still waiting for customer services to cal back.
