The safe I ordered was perfect for what I needed and was delivered within 2 days of being ordered. Thanks

Initially very pleased with ordering on their website, easy to use the website, easy to order and allowed me to pick a delivery date, the order came on the date as expected however there is no tracking available, for the price you pay for a safe I expect to see tracking so I know what time to expect the delivery.

The next issue I had was the order had arrived badly damaged to the point the weld had come away from the seam allowing daylight through the safe which made the safe completely unfit for purpose.

When I called safe.co.uk I was assured that a new safe would be sent out and the damaged one would be collected on the same day and was given a date that worked for me, I was asked to email photos of the damage and in response I was told that the photos will be sent to the manufacturer for approval, I was shocked to hear this and began to get nervous as I took this to mean that there was a chance the manufacturer could refuse.

After a bit of back and forth over email I was reassured that the manufacturer had approved the exchange and would send a new safe out on the agreed date.

The new safe arrived on the agreed date again no tracking available, and after looking at the state of the box I expected the safe to be damaged too, fortunately this was not the case.

Moving forward I would like to see tracking available on all purchases giving a time window. It's clear that somebody is handling the safes terribly I'm not sure if it is down to quality control or the delivery company.
I would also say that I shouldn't have to wait to hear back from the manufacturer as my contract was with safe.co.uk

Quality and fastest delivery, customer service the best ….I recommend this company safe …

well impressed with the product, only thing is lack of light inside

The product is perfect for our needs. Easy enough to install myself and very good quality.

I was searching to replace some very old mortise latches for some internal doors. They are an unusual size and are very hard to come by because of the age (over 45 years old). Thankfully I found them at Safe. They were about 2 mm larger but with a very small amount of work they fitted perfectly! I’m extremely thankful that I found them and that they delivered them in 3 days.

Anna was excellent and very helpful

Your instructions on setting up the safe key lock are very difficult to understand especially when trying to get a family member phone to connect via Bluetooth, I eventually got mine connected via Bluetooth but as of yet I have not managed to connect my daughters, so how can I give you a good review.

Very quick and hassle free ordering process, was also kept informed as and when my order was going to arrive, I would definitely use them again..

The safe arrived on time but the instructions did not include details of how to open the drawer or with the expected fixing kit. I sent a message via the message function over 2 weeks ago and never received a reply. Fortunately I spoke to the manufacturer who helped me instead.

Cctv kit arrived day after ordering. All good and cheapest I could find

fantastic service and products are of a very high quality.

Complicated order all done correctly. Arrived sooner than promised. Everything fits and operates as it should.

A good Chubb safe, reasonably priced, and a professional installation service, all done in quick time.

Amazing service levels. There was a small mistake in the order, but it was rectified immediately, and actually I wasn't even aware it was made, so well done for the amazing customer service levels on how quickly it was resolved. Delivery was also next day!!

Best priced and safe arrived and sited perfectly. Would highly recommend

Easy to order. Great item, as described. Arrived quickly. First time I have bought a safe and it was easy to set up, with clear instructions. It definitely looks like it will do the job.
