Do not be fooled Runkd claims to be a .co.uk website however it is infact Italian and hence be prepared to pay 70 quid more than advertised priced as there will be VAT and an import charge raised b... Mehr ansehen

Never had such a poor experience

Never had such a poor customer service experience. Issue with my padel racket after only 3 months. Waiting for a solution now for almost 2 months where the Runkd customer service keeps saying they are waiting for their supplier to answer and they can't do anything. Purchase and logistics where fine but as soon as you have any issues their service is the worst I've ever experienced.

RUNKD's lamest feedback ever.

Please note that in the cart we have different courier services available from which the client can choose.

The lamest feedback I've ever received is the above. If you know that a courier has a bad score, (1 star on Google) why use it?

We apologize for the package that was not delivered.
We were informed about the delay of the parcel and immediately reported the problem to the courier company. As couriers are not under our direct influence, it can take some time for the practice to be concluded. We have, however, solicited them regularly in matter.
Unfortunately the parcel was lost, and therefore we issued a full refund.
We indeed provide multiple courier options in the cart, and the client can choose one that best suits one's needs/preferences.

Happy customer

Paid extra for quicker delivery. Arrived as promised and significantly cheaper than elsewhere. Read the guidance about delivery and taxes and if your purchase is under that limit, it will be fine. Very happy customer.

Never get my delivery

Bought a Padel racket from them.

Fedex delivered to someone else that not me. I can not have ask of the photo proving delivered neither get a refund. Will never buy from them again. They keep saying is FEDEX fault....

There is been 2 months almost and I have no item and they have my money.

Scammers....

We have been contacted for a parcel that has been delivered but not received by the recipient, therefore our department in charge has proceeded to file an issue with the courier.
For delivery issues we are obliged to file a case with the courier and understand where the parcel is.
Unfortunately it is not possible for us to ship a substitution parcel or issue a refund without receiving the official confirmation from our courier branch that the parcel is lost.

A good shopping experience

It was my first time shopping with this company because of very competitive prices. Even if it has higher cost of delivery the price was still cheaper than anywhere else!! And I gave this high score because everything you would expect to be involved in any online purchase and delivery went exactly as it should.

Acknowledgement emails of state of my order to proximity of delivery was faultless.

The purchase arrived when expected, and within the promised time-line, suitably packaged with the product in perfect condition.

purchased a pair of trainers from here because they were in a sale plus had a discount code taking them under £130 pound. This means that even though they are from Italy you will not pay customs charges because any goods purchased under 135 GBP are exempt from customs charges. Lo and behold 8 days later I receive a letter stating that I need to pay a customs charge of £70. This means that RUNKD obviously filled their paperwork in incorrectly. The charge takes the price way above what I could have got the trainers for here in the uk. I have emailed RunKD twice for help and they still havnt got back to me. Don’t fall into the same trap that I did and purchase from the UK. They also have a co.uk website which disguises the fact that everything is shipped from Italy and vulnerable to huge import taxes.

Please note that we are closed during weekends and your email request has been sent on Saturday. We have replied you on Monday when we came back in office.
Your parcel has been processed with the correct paperwork and a copy of the invoice has been sent with the shipment, so that customs can visualize details of the content and their relative price.
Customs should not charge parcels with goods under 135 GBP of total value.
However unfortunately we cannot advise you why the customs have charged fees on your parcel, since this is not something under our control.
We therefore invite you to get in touch with the customs offices of your country.

Would give no stars, total scam!

Placed order on 27th May and still no sign of my order!
My order was never delivered and have seen my order was exported back to Italy.
In contacting the company I am given nothing but excuses with being told they are investigating this matter with their courier. Have repeatedly asked for a refund only to be told the same as above.
Total scam that I am ashamed to say I have fallen for to the sun of £80.
AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COST.

Don’t buy from this company ever if based in uk

I ordered a pair of trainers from what I thought was an English website and an English company. However they came from Italy and had to pay import tax which I was not aware of at the time of purchase. I paid approx £9 delivery at the time of ordering them. I had to pay nearly £80 import tax. Absolutely disgraceful. Definitely would not recommend to anyone based in the Uk.

We would like to point out that it is clearly stated in the contact area of our homepage and on several other pages of the website that we are a company based in Italy.
It is also written multiple times in the cart that this is a shipment from the EU and that for UK clients the following applies:
“The prices shown includes UK VAT. The shipment is sent from the EU and, in accordance with UK rules after brexit, VAT will be collected at checkout only for orders under 135 GBP (total value of products, excluding shipping and other costs). Orders over 135 GBP may be subject to customs control at your destination with VAT and possible handling charges.”
We also show the following information when choosing the delivery option for the order:
"Shipping is from the EU."

Great service

Great service. Shoes half the price than UK. Took a week to arrive but was expecting longer as come from Italy. Would definitely order again. 👍

All good, Trail shoesxarrived well packaged and brand new. It did take 3 weeks but I was expecting that as coming from Italy and now customs checks involved. Company kept in touch once shoes on their way . I will use them again as price was very competitive compared with UK companies

God oplevelse uden kritik

Jeg var meget spændt på at bestille herfra. Men alt er gået fint. Helt fra bestilling til levering. Har netop handlet der for 2. gang. Er taknemmelig for at kunne købe de eneste sko jeg kan holde ud at gå i til halv pris i forhold til Dk priser med fri fragt herfra.

Billigst sted at købe Brooks Ghost 14. God kommunikation med sælger. Hurtig forsendelse selvom de kommer fra Italien. Bestilte mandag og de kom torsdag med PostNord. Meget tilfreds

Fraud

I have ordered on 06th of January 2023. Today 22th January 2023. I have no idea where is my Parcel and what is going on. Runkd aren’t responding to my emails. Unfortunately it’s not trustable.
