First time ordering with Run4it online and I am impressed with the level of service and the speed they got the order out which surpassed other stores I've shopped with. Had the shoes in hand the following day, from Scotland to London, in just over 27 hours after placing order. Great job guys!

Specialist Advice and First Class Service
As a lapsed runner and with more chance of walking 100 yards than running it I was a little sceptical about the reception I might have received. I need not have worried. Scott - the guy who served me was one of the most patient and professional members of staff you could ever have wished to meet. Patient because I dread to think how many boxes of trainers came down but what an amazing service. To have the combination of gait analysis if needed coupled with the credibility of knowing each product inside out and what worked was the best thing ever. The end result being I walked out of the store with a super comfy pair of trainers. Over the moon because I have previously spent so many hours wasted in other sports equipment providers, pair after pair, and despairing ever of finding a comfortable pair. I commend the patience and good humour and knowledge of Scott - thank you. Your experience and knowledge were really appreciated.

Had a very upsetting time today at the Glasgow store trying to return a product , the older bald man serving me was clearly upset that I was making a return and tried to make the process as slow and difficult as he possibly could while providing the worst possible attitude that he could . Won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend

First class service from Run4It. I had been having trouble finding suitable knee sleeves but Run4It have a great selection.
I had some product queries and Donna, the customer services manager was very helpful which was very appreciated.

I can’t rate my experience today at Run4It Inverness highly enough.
Firstly the staff member (I didn’t get his name) had driven all the way from Dundee to open the store today as they were short staffed, very dedicated!
His level of knowledge was amazing, he spent around 30 minutes helping me decide on the right pair is trainers for my needs.
Run4It are very lucky to have him!

Went into Run4It Giffnock and spoke to (I'm sure it was) Dean today! Never actually been to a running store and was pretty inexperienced, but he managed to answer all my questions and more! Someone else whos name i didn't catch, also came out to offer advice!

He offered me advice on the new shoes I currently had, and on what ones I should wear for different days/events and was not pushy with trying to sell to me.

The shop was good also but feel they lack a bit of stock. It would really help the guys in the store out if they had more options to offer.

Even though I never bought anything today, I will definitely return here for future purchases of trainers.

I booked an appointment for the '+runlab analysis and shoe fitting service' at the Lothian Road branch in Edinburgh. The standard of customer service was excellent. Scarlett asked all the right questions about what I was looking for and provided a lot of helpful suggestions. She let me try on multiple pairs of shoes and I think went above and beyond in helping me find what I needed. Apart from being very professional, personable and polite, Scarlett really listened to what I had to say. I didn't feel pressured at all in terms of my final choice and she didn't attempt to 'upsell' or rush me into making a decision. I'm really happy with the service and would not hesitate to go back or recommend to anyone else. Scarlett is an asset to the store team. Would highly recommend this store!

RUN4IT doesn't only sell excellent quality products but they also provide an OUTSTANDING service. As a long distance runner, I have been experiencing some tendinitis. A colleague in the gym advised me to go to Run4it. A young lady tested my running on the treadmill and advised me to buy the Nike/Men's Air Zoom Pegasus 37. Later on I went back and they upgraded me to the same brand Pegasus 38.
I am now free of tendinitis. The quality of the personal is outstanding; they know what they are offering and advising.

Cheapest price I could find for desired trainers. Fast delivery to the north of Ireland. Will use run4it again.

I recently had very good customer service from the Manager of the Lothian Road store in Edinburgh over the phone and as I live near to the Maybury store in Edinburgh I went there and purchased running shoes and a few other items. Sarah was really helpful and knowledgeable and I liked the easiness of parking.

Ordered two items which were delivered. Issue being they are a Christmas present. Items delivered in package with Run 4 it plastered all over packing. Surprise ruined. Thank you Run 4 it. Not being ordering anything from you again. This time of year, perhaps a little common sense?

Terrible business. They take your money for out of stock items and then take ages to give money back. Avoid this company and don't believe their stock showing on their site

My first experience with Run4it has not been a good one. My online order totalling £77 for running shorts and socks arrived with the wrong size of socks. Although this was their mistake, I was instructed to go on to some website and download a return label, print it out, parcel the socks, attach the label and take to the Post Office. Only then would the correct size be sent. I’m not impressed!

This is the second time I've ordered from Run4it. Fantastic service again! Ordered my trainers and delivered the next day for free! Very speedy! Customer service team are lovely and very helpful. Thank you run4 it

I had an appointment in the Glasgow City centre store for a trainer analysis fitting.
I had an outstanding experience, everything was perfect. So much time and care was spent during my appointment, so ensure the correct footwear was selected. I felt comfortable and in great hands. The chap Scott Kennedy really knows his stuff. I valued the expertise. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Bought a new running watch from Run4It, very competitive price and quick delivery. Received a confirmation of order and then confirmation of delivery. Packaged carefully to avoid any possible damage, faultless service

Ordered Nike Pegasus Trail 2 Running Shoes 6.5. Tried on at home v.comfortable however when I wore them out for a walk it became apparent the shoes gaped at the sides making it hard to stay on, also got a huge blister on 1 heel as the shoes kept pushing my sock down. Emailed Run4It, took 2 days for a reply (that was only because I emailed asking where the reply was) they told me this was not a manufacturing fault and suggested I had narrow feet (which is not the case and I find it incredulous) appalling customer service, will never order again from this company!!!

Very quick next day delivery (tracked) and easy return process (via Royal Mail). Still waiting for the refund for the returned items though, hopefully would receive it next week or so.

First class returns service. My compression socks had a ladder in them after 6 weeks and I was able to return for a refund no problem. Also the postage return label was free which is always a bonus.
