Worst possible customer service I’ve witnessed. Came in here to try and purchase running shoes. Older guy with glasses told me to move as I was trying shoes on the bench and said someone else is sitting here when there was no one around. The other lady when asked for a size looked at me as if I had two heads (I do not for the record) wouldn’t come back ever absolutely embarrassing way to speak to potential customers

I ordered a Garmin watch from this company. Ordering was straightforward and the watch arrived extremely quickly, was very well packaged, and came with clear return instructions if it wasn't suitable or even if I'd just changed my mind. Postage and returns were free. Excellent service - and the watch was great too.

Ordered Adidas Adizero Gel Shorts off Run4It, their price was lower than most competitors and free delivery. Shorts arrived in a couple of days, really pleased.

I would rate my recent experience at Run4It Bothwell Street very highly. I was served by Callum after a busy day going around all the city centre trainer shops and not having any luck. I was offered a go on the treadmill so the staff could make tailored recommendations which I didn't opt for but nice to have the option. Callum listened to me on what kind of trainer I was after then brought a few suggestions over, one was perfect though I went for another one from the shelf at £104, and bought the other pair he'd suggested online later after humming and hawing. Great customer service from Callum, very patient, giving me good tips and I would definitely go back in future.

Went into the shop today in Glasgow and the guy I spoke to was amazing (I think his name was Jay), He listened to what I asked, understood and was super informative.

The whole time I was there it felt like I was just talking to one of my mates and he made this process so easy. Unfortunately, there weren't any shoes my size in stock but he even gave me a heads-up on the ones that would best suit me.

Would absolutely recommend going here and I hope he gets a raise ;)

I would give more stars if I could. What a fabulous and reassuring experience I had at the Glasgow shop this week. I think I had the best customer service I have ever had. All of the staff I dealt with both sales and on-line were helpful, patient, knowledgeable, listened to what I was saying and looked like they enjoyed their job. Where did you find these lovely people or is it just a great place to work. In any case I wont be going anywhere else for my running kit from now on. Thank you team runforit!

Ordered a running water bottle which was exactly as described. Absolutely blown away by how quickly they delivered my order. Ordered at 4pm on Friday, and it arrived next day midday.

I have recently taken up running again, and looking for new shoes I have on 3 occasions made a trip to your Dundee Store for advice only to be ignored every time.I appreciate that all the staff were with customers,but I would expect at least an acknowledgment. On my last vist today there was even a member of staff on a lecturn by the front door obviously not serving.

Ordered a pair of adidas boston 12 shoes via their website. Received emails confirming dispatch with a royal mail tracking code. Royal mail tracker never showed that the product was received. Chased the store out of my own accord twice to be told that they are chasing Royal Mail and that the order was either stuck in a backlog, lost or stolen. Then received an order cancelled and refunded email without any further communication. Pleasant staff, but poor service and communication.

First time using Run4it I am pleasantly surprised with the services they have provided!

They had the best price on the pair of trainers i was looking for! They shipped my order same day and I received my parcel the day after!

Very easy running shoes buying experience. The assistant helping me in the Lothian Road shop, Alex, was very helpful and informative.

Bought a pair of Brooks Ghost 15. Super speedy shipment, great price. Will buy from these guys again!

Went to the Dundee store to have a look at certain running shoes to help aid my feet when walking/running. The guy that helped me was very helpful and professional. I didn’t catch his name but he has a slight French accent. He let me try on a few shoes to accommodate my walking style and recommended the best shoes for me. I couldn’t have done it without him. All round great experience

I ordered 2 items from this shop as Christmas gifts on the 28th November 2023.
I returned them both back within days.
I don’t know how I managed to not realise that they hadn’t been refunded back to my account but it’s now the 27th February and they have just refunded both items. Wow 3 months for a return!!!

I was lucky enough to be given a £40 voucher for my birthday by a friend and since then (6 months) i have been trying to spend it. The problem is that their selection is so poor and they also have hardly any sizes. But the main barrier is their pricing, even with a £40 voucher i can still find most things cheaper elsewhere. Their sales are boring and don't add much incentive.

Outstanding help, service, and quick delivery. Nice to find a company that offer just wonderful advice where the process works so well. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately my order wasn't great, but I'd say this was more due to Nike bad quality control rather than Run4it. In fact, my experience with Run4it customer service has been adequately good and I received my refund promptly. Because of this I would buy from this company again.

Dundee Run4it - the manager was kindness personified when my 93 year old husband fell and broke his hip outside the back door of the shop - he brought a cover to protect him until the ambulance came, stayed with me until it did 20 minutes later, and was very concerned to make sure we were ok. Not the usual kind of review, but I want to say thank you for the assistance we received!

I booked a running analysis yesterday at Run4it Maybury and this showed I had a slight pronation in my running gait. After discussion decided to purchase a mildly supportive shoe amongst my rotation until I have strengthened my ankle and lost more weight ( a hefty 11 kg). The male staff member was excellent at explaining all aspects of running and suggesting which shoes to try on the treadmill. I highly recommend Run4it and praise them for their customer service. Well done indeed :)

Went in for two specific 500ml soft flasks with straws. I’d brought my running vest with me and the staff were brilliant, letting me check that the flasks would fit into the vest pockets (different brand, and designed for 300ml). Came away with exactly what I wanted, and nice chat as always. It’s a great shop, always a pleasure going in
