Richard Ward was great for me, arranging key fobs to be delivered through the post the next day for urgent access.

Also a nice guy when meeting up with him at my block, he’s got a big job to turn it round but seemed a decent, honest, reliable guy and someone you can work with to get some results.

Red Rock admin team were great tbh, because they were really helpful, kind, professional and curtiuous (even though I was late with Service Charges! Thank you B.B.)

They helped me quickly to make the payment, understood the problems I was having with email, and suggested a better alternative, explained the process I needed to follow, and now those matters are all resolved. Which is a weight lifted off my bank account (aha) and shoulders!

Renting made easy! I am a freelancer, so renting can be tricky at times. Polite reminders and Tracy is very attentive

The team at Red Rock, and in particular Stacy Head, are always quick and efficient in answering my queries. They are always very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I’ve engaged with Stacy on a couple of topics related to service charges. Both experiences have been positive and the issues were addresses promptly.

I recently needed to speak with the accounts department concerning an accountancy query. Stacy kindly phoned me and during my conversation, I found her to be both polite and efficient. I particularly appreciated her approachability and helpful manner. We quickly agreed on a plan moving forward and I know if I have any future issues, I can approach Stacy without hesitation.
