Poor customer service
We bought two mills ( salt and pepper) one of them broke few days when we tried to refill it for first time. So we sent email to customer department, no reply, sent another one with picture, but the same, no reaction. So we did try to sort it out via Paypal and they said item is as described!!! well it is as described but it is broken, this is the whole point. Poor customer service avoid this company

Poorly packaged, damaged on arrival
Extremely poorly packaged so product leaked everywhere. Took photos and was advised to email but still waiting for a response. Very disappointed with the order so will just have to avoid in future and shop from elsewhere.

An Expected Delivery
I think it’s asking a lot to get excited by the delivery of something I ordered a couple of months ago, but the item duly arrived as expected, well packaged and as predicted.

Still waiting for a contact reply
The company invites contact via email but you cannot click on it and when you paste in the browser you get apologies for expected long waiting time. Well I waiting nearly a week and sent another set but so far no answer at all. Apparently they expect us to call on the telephone and hang around for hours. Makes you wonder what their delivery times are like.
