Tony was absolutely amazing . We have been may places and never had the excellent service he gave . Listened to what we required and found us the perfect chair . Most polite, friendly efficient person I have met in many years .

Gemma was really helpful and friendly when we purchased a sofa from Roomes.

Tony N was very helpful in sorting out prices for us and ensuring that the right items were ordered. He didn’t over-sell and we were able to decide for ourselves. Everything was clearly explained. Can’t thank him enough.

We were served by Roomes salesman Tony who we found to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable and gave us confidence and peace of mind in choosing the best sofa suite for us.

We were very well looked after by Tony when we ordered some new furniture for our lounge. Tony is full of knowledge about all the choices available in all the ranges available in the store. We have shopped at Roomes for many years and have recently moved but are more then happy to travel for an hour to continue shopping in such a trustworthy store and with a helpful member of staff like Tony makes the experience even more worthwhile.

Both Ben and Julia were very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture. They showed us around the store to look for suitable options for similar styles. Sourced samples of fabric and explained the features of different models of sofas and armchairs.

Recently bought two settees and an armchair from Roomes.
.It’s appalling,cushions don’t line up,extremely uncomfortable, 3 months old looks like 10:years,holes appearing in fabric !rubbish.
Have been customer for many years but their quality and after sales service,rubbish.
Complained and had an alleged “expert “come and see it who told me one thing then when his report went to Roomes a different story.
Then had a person from Roomes who stated in his opinion it was up to their standard,their standard not mine.Total waste of £4000 !
I emailed Michael Roome and expressed my problem ,he didn’t even had the courtesy to reply.
Thought of taking them to court but the cost and aggravation is just not worth it,instead I will dump it and shop elsewhere.
Wouldn’t touch this company again.
This is not the first time I have returned furniture to Roomes because it is not up to standard.

We've bought from Roomes before so went back to buy a sofa and a mattress both salesmen were polite and very helpful .

Paul welcomed us and guided us around the store providing help when requested. We found several suites and Paul gave us great advice on colour matching and complementary styles. Service was so good we bought 2 sofas and a contrast chair. Absolutely delighted with the service and would happily recommend Roomes store and Paul.

This is a fantastic store with an amazing range of products. Great quality, and Ricky Wilkes was amazing at helping us.

In October 2023 we went to Roomes with a view to updating our through lounge. The store has a great selection of all furniture and fittings. All staff were knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. It was suggested that we use the services of the in store interior designer. After some deliberation we agreed and met Holly Ambrose. We had a meeting at our home with her and she listened to what we wanted and to colours we had in mind. We later attended the store where we were shown colours and swatches of materials and carpet samples to go with the furniture we had chosen. Holly was brilliant with her suggestions and took us out of our comfort zone on some suggestions. We are very glad we took her advice . We were so impressed we then used Holly to advise on interior design for the hall landing and stairs, two bedrooms and certain fittings in the rest of the house.
We now have a ‘new house’ that is perfect. We highly recommend Holly and her skills of interior design. She was always very helpful and always responded to our calls for reassurance if we had any doubts about things. She arranged deliveries and curtain fittings with everything going very smoothly.
We can’t recommend Holly Ambrose enough. She is a great ambassador for Roomes.

Roomes always has an excellent range of furniture to suit varying budgets. I usually found the quality of service superb but on a recent visit Tony Neill, sales consultant, went above and beyond expectations to ensure that I had all the help I needed to enable me to make the right choice for my living room furniture.

Tony, the sales person, was very thorough and helpful. Everything was explained in detail. We have shopped at this store for years and have never been dissatisfied with the attention and support we have received.

From start to finish the experience we had with Roomes Furniture and Interiors was first class . Firstly Tony gave us expert advice culminating in our purchase of a suite of furniture. He then made us aware of their ( modestly priced) design service . We made an appointment with their interior designer Holly Ambrose who gave us great ideas we would not have thought about on our own and we thankfully followed her advice and are absolutely delighted with our new and totally different room . As we spent over a certain amount of money the design fee was waived ! Any questions or issues that were raised afterwards were dealt with in the most friendly, professional and efficient manner by the after sales staff . A quality operation from start to finish!

Have been shopping at Roomes Furniture Store for in excess of 20 yrs and because of the exceptional level of service in the past, have recently placed an order for some new furnishings etc.
The sales person dealing with this particular order is Tony Neil and the level of service his provided has been exemplary. His been extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable about the products in store. Didn’t feel pressured or hurried. Tony has been very helpful. Thank you so much for your outstanding support and assistance. It continues to be a pleasure to shop at Roomes Furniture and Interior Store.

The assistant Suki was brilliant!! Very patient and incredibly helpful. We have used Rooms before and their customer service is always good.

We have used this store in the past and had good customer service. So we chose to go back to purchase a new lounge suite. We had already seen the product elsewhere. I ordered three fabric swatches on line, they arrived within a week in a little box which included a booklet about the Funiture, a tea bag and a biscuit (nice touch).
We visited Rooms Upminster and were greeted by salesman Tony. He showed us the suite and explained all the options. I showed him the fabric sample which he then found in the store larger samples. He took us to an area where there was direct outside light which enabled us to see in daylight.
Once we had made all our choices Tony gave us a price including a small additional discount for loyle customer. He fully explained the delivery times, aftercare and insurance cover.
We were very satisfied with the service and went ahead with our purchase.
We would recommend this store to friends and family without hesitation.

Roomes have a great showroom with plenty of choice. Salesman Tony Neill extremely helpful and experienced. He was able to answer all our questions and demonstrated the model we were looking at without having to check on the computer or ask a colleague which has been our experience in other stores. Made for a very pleasant experience and competitively priced.

Looked about for a new sofa etc but just can’t find anywhere to match roomes for choice and quality.
