I DO NOT recommend this company, look elsewhere. Since buying a garage door off RollerDor it has had the slats replaced twice as it scratched itself rolling up. The repairer blamed the fitter for fitting it too tight. Then the bottom sensor failed and had to be replaced. That then needed yet another repair visit as they managed to leave a big gap under the door for rain and wind to come howling in. They turned up with the wrong colour slats after it scratched again. Each time this requires a day off work. Then they had to replace the control unit as the door would open halfway and stop. Finally, after several months of this, they replaced the whole door. Of course, it packed up again and wouldn’t open or close, so they went through all the possibilities on the phone with me changing settings in the control unit. It is still no good so they send a repair guy out a week later. He diagnoses that the AA batteries in the bottom of the door are the wrong voltage which isn’t under warranty so I have to pay them another £75. The instructions don’t say anything about voltage, just use AA batteries but of course, it’s the customers fault.

They have left the instructions purposely vague and the reference images is not what i received which let to a lot of confusion.
Now after only 6 months 2 plastic parts have broken and the customer service will do anything to put the blame on the customer, although the instructions have been followed. They would not replace a part that would cost them pence even though the door was installed correctly.
A DIY warranty from rollerdor is worth absolutely nothing!! I'm just glad a more expensive part hasn't yet broken.

Initially quite helpful, but be warned as they contract out the fitting, and won't take any responsibility without demanding money for redress. Basically, will get away with sub standard fitting, and aren't too fussed about happy customers. I had even recommended them to a friend reluctantly, who found then indescribably rude to deal with. Better companies are out there.
