Mark and Paul from Crocodile Doors were very Professional from start to finish. They installed the electric garage door and did a fantastic job. Both were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They worked efficiently, kept everything tidy throughout, and made sure everything was perfect before they left. I was very pleased with the end result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new garage door. Excellent service all round!

I had a garage door fitted by Dave & George. They turned up on time and got straight to work. There were a few things I should’ve done prior to their arrival, but they took care of it. (Thanks again both of you!). The job was completed to a high standard and the demo was useful and covered everything I needed to know. Really happy with everything from talking to the sales representative and having the door fitted. Thanks Crocodile!

Although the product was good and the guys did tidy up, it was not to my usual standards and I think that they could have been a bit more thorough.

We had a new garage door fitted by Mckenzie and Nathan. They were on time and straight to work after explaining what they were going to do. They didn't stop until it was finished. The finish was good and they left it clean and tidy. The whole process was good from Harry the sales guy who explained everything about the product and gave us a good deal. To the in depth survey. There was a bit of a delay with getting a fitting date but that was easily sorted with a quick phone call. Probably won't ever need a new garage door again but if I did I would use Crocodile again.

I deliberated long and hard when considering the replacement of my double garage door.
The Crocodile sales-person was very well prepared both in company history and also in the technical aspects of the roller door system. Once ordered there was a follow-up visit from a technician who double-checked all the measurements and requirements to ensure a trouble-free installation. Very reassuring.
The fitters (Dave and George) were an absolute delight to watch, they got cracking without delay removing the up-and-over door and all of its ancillaries without fuss or bother. They were very tidy, continually cleaning-up as they worked, performing together with the grace of Torvill and Dean, Dave calling the shots and George reacting immediately to every instruction.
I needed technical advice on pairing an additional remote control after installation, the telephone support was immediately responsive and helpful.
This purchase was more costly than others, but I believe this was a classic case of getting value for money.

The surveyor who initially assessed the job was very thorough and professional and clearly explained the installation process.
We thank the installation team, Ricardo and John who arrived promptly on the agreed date.
They were both extremely hard working, tidy and efficient and worked non stop until the job was complete.
Their skilled approach and professionalism was exceptional and once the doors were installed Ricardo took time to explain in detail, the working of the doors.

I was impressed with my neighbour’s new garage door and he gave me the contact details for Crocodile. Once I contacted them everything went smoothly. Their rep did a home visit and talked us through the details. An engineer came to do a pre-fit check and a precise measure up. We sorted out a date for installation and then Mark and Paul have been with us this afternoon. Really nice guys who stripped out the old door and put in the new Crocodile door. They are obviously used to working together and made everything look so easy. They even brought their own sugar for the coffee and left the site spotless. I’m well impressed not just by both of them but all the people at Crocodile. Thanks, Neil D work well together as a team

Purchased a double electric roller door.

I didn’t warm to the initial old school, double glazing type, sales technique, however the product demonstration had me hooked. Top end of the quote range but there is so much that gives this product the edge.

Very quickly a sample of door section arrived, for colour comparison and even that started to show some attention to detail, with either end of the sample being capped.

In the next couple of weeks I had a very pleasant conversation with Sher, who represented Crocodile and their product so well, I was happy to accept a good offer and signed up immediately.

My next contact was with Andy, who appears to work seven days a week. Andy came to do the survey and took great care over the detail, the benefit of which is apparent in the final installation.

A small issue was addressed proficiently in another pleasant conversation with Emma.

Today I had the absolute pleasure of meeting our installers Mark and Paul. An amazing job was done with an immaculate installation, unhurried and again, what I have come to recognise as Crocodiles attention to detail and quality.

Crocodile are not the cheapest but I sincerely believe this is reflected in the product quality, excellent staff and an excellent and elegant final product.

We wanted to replace our old heavy garage door Grocodile doors came today to fix the door and it looks so good the quality is good Mark & Paul the engineers was so professional worked so hard cleared up all the mess cut up the old garage door so we could fit it in the boot of the car explained the workings of the new door so well.
