Great service quick delivery time. Quality product.

I have been buying Rohan clothing for more than 40 years and still look forward to the new catalogues when they come out. That have always maintained a high standard of manufacturing, up there with the best. It fits me well and it's ability to keep its shape and not need ironing is a big plus. I am still wearing Rohan garments I bought more than 30 years ago and even when I'm finished with it charity shops welcome it. Overall I highly recommend Rohan.

Another excellent product at a reasonable price in the sale. The shorts are so lightweight, so much so that i have bought two pairs in the different colours. I have been trying to cut down on the weight of my case when travelling, these two pair of shorts have helped. One pair of shorts that i normally would take weigh more than two of these. Very pleased with the product.

As always, excellent service with efficient delivery. On this occasion collected from the Stamford shop which is always good.

Easy online ordering and collection. Leggings are excellent quality

Delivery could not have been quicker, ordered on-line in the afternoon and collected in store the next morning. The microgrid zip neck top is nicely smooth to the touch and feels great next to the skin. I had to wait a while before wearing it, due to the British Summer heatwave. This is a good buy, specially at the sale price. A positive addition to my wardrobe, now to wait for Autumn.

The trousers are just what I was looking for, lightweight, not at all 'fussy', secure with zipped pockets, and a comfy fit. I may get another pair! And delivery was prompt. All round, I'm more than happy.

We visited the Lymington store in the week and purchased a men’s top which we are very pleased with. Whilst there we were also interested in another top but unfortunately there was not one in the correct size. However a very pleasant, helpful man (Mark I think?) looked online for but with no luck. He did say he would try and find us one from another store and today, fantastic news he has!!. What brilliant customer service 😊

Whilst this was a click and collect, I always take the opportunity to look around the Henley store. Rohan in Henley is one of the few shops where staff are very helpful, offering suggestions and advice.

I returned a pair of trousers as per Rohan instructions and return policy. It has now been nearly three weeks and despite numerous phone calls , and being informed that my return has been received and processed Rohan have still not credited me with my £80. Obviously this is nothing to Rohan, but it is a lot of money to me. I do not understand how a return /credit can take this long. I buy a lot of Rohan menswear as the quality is excellent,, but I will be much more circumspect when buying again.

Part of a delivery had not arrived during the hot weather. Contacted Rohan and they immediately sent out the same article to us again. Arrived very promptly. Will return original top if it ever appears. Their system easily confirmed what we were missing. Very smooth process.

Two backpacks arrived in a few days and I was pleased with them. Well made and looks like they will last.

Visited Glasgow store. The staff member that dealt with me was super helpful. After checking, he confirmed that item I was looking for was not available in my chosen colour and size. He suggested I try on an alternative colour to check the size.
While I did this he checked availability on line. It was available so he offered to order for delivery to my home free of charge.
This we arranged.
The item arrived after 3 working days.
Very good service.
The only criticism I would make is the usual one I have. Your Glasgow store doesn’t keep sufficient stock of your range. I always prefer to go into the store, see and feel the item, try on and then purchase.
Whilst purchasing on line can be convenient, it’s a real hassle if I need to send something back and I’d rather not have to wait in for deliveries..
The Glasgow store staff are great. Please help them to do their job by ensuring they have sufficient stock for people to purchase.
