Recieved the unit as promised, on time. Great service both on phone and email.
Tested the unit after receiving, Unit works well and not very noisy. Revs can be adjusted depending on the task at hand.
Hopefully i'll have many years of service from the unit. Thanks team.

Profiad arbennig wrth prynu 'r peiriant hollti pren. Cyraeddodd mewn pryd. Roeddent yn cyfathrebu yn dda ar y ffon a thrwy e bost. Very good communication and the splitter arrived in time a good experience. Owain

Log splitter arrived on time, well wrapped on pallet. Started first pull. Seriously good engine. magnificent. Thanks Viper people

Machine is great turned up on day expected only problem was they use third parties for transport so you wait in all day as can’t give you am/pm delivery

Fast and good delivery, matching works perfectly

The log splitter is an absolute monster! Splits anything you throw in its direction.

One small issue with the splitting table was quickly resolved by the friendly and helpful staff.

However nearly six months on the paint work has faded terribly and the bolts are rusting, I would expect better for a machine built for the outdoors in the UK.

Item delivered on time.
Not had time to set it up and use it yet

Great machine and it got through a large commercial job for me over a couple of days. A great asset for my business. Thank you.
Karl and the team

Very easy company to deal with and fantastic machinery. I've used several bits of their kit, including a log splitter and auger and both are very well made and have stood the test of time.

Excellent machine that works above expectations. Excellent service.

Upon first use had a few Hydraulic leaks not sure if this was du to transit or the handles being free and by pulling on the handles can inadvertently turn the hydraulic fitting a better way to do this would be to have the handles on a solid frame not bolted direct to the Ram
Hope this is taken on board

Ordering process was OK but follow up communication was lacking even though the unit was delivered on time. I have yet to establish if it works or not.

Happy with the wood splitter, does exactly what we want it to do.thank you.

Machine was received on schedule and was packed
securely on a pallet.
Telephone call I made was a good experience.

Great service and helpful follow up call. Thank you.

I had a query and Allan at Rock phoned me with an answer. The machinery is excellent quality and with my little Kubota I was able to drill 10 holes in hard clay with ease.
