Bought a crex6md mini digger / excavator and a 500kg powered barrow from crytec for a very good price as we got it on a bank holiday deal. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and we discussed my needs and settled on the two machines I've mentioned, as we're only about 30 mile away they offered to deliver it themselves so we didn't get charged delivery cost and also the product was less likely to get damaged in transport there were a few minor problems with delivery date and a couple of bolts missing under seat these problems were rectified speedly and efficiently and to my satisfaction I have only had a couple of plays on the digger and The Barrow, as we've not had time and other commitments whether problems etc which brings me to the point that as we've bought them we use then at our leisure and not being charged hire costs{my wife says she's going to use the barrow for taking the washing up and down the garden when we've done with it} but so far they are excellent value for money and overall it's been a great experience next time I want some boys toys to play about on I will be contacting crytec power thanks to all the team and keep up the good work

I would personally give the Meadomaster a wide berth for several reasons:
1. It appears to be a rebranded Chinese import (checkout ‘Tiercel’). The give away is that the manual wasn’t provided with it; when I asked for one it clearly wasn’t for the Meadomaster - more the Chinese version with a new front page stuck on.
2. There is a design flaw in that the deck raising lever joins a pivot point on the frame where there is insufficient reinforcement. As a result it distorted the frame of mine over time causing the deck level to drop to an unusable height (confirmed by the independent inspection I got in order to proceed my section 75 claim (see below). Happy to post this if needed.
3. The warranty is a parts supply only (you are expected to make your own repairs). So unless you are quite mechanically minded it’s of no use.
4. Due to the fact that it’s a Chinese import, my experience is no company would touch it for servicing.
5. Due also to the fact that it’s a Chinese import there are no parts available anywhere other than through Crytec and even they have problems laying their hands on new replacement parts (I have email proof to this effect and happy to post this).
6. When you do put in a warranty claim to get your money back as the machine is all but useless - it is ignored - again I have the sent email as proof.
7. If you still wish to risk the purchase for God sake do it on Barclaycard or another credit card as this is the only way you can get your money back when things go wrong.

Best avoided!

I was dubious of purchasing Chinese machinery, however Crytec made it easy, having a person you can talk to in the UK was great. My digger arrived same day (actually within 7 hours of ordering) I followed up with more accessories purchasing which were great.

I have purchased a dumper from Crytec.

I was initially impressed by the information on the website including a video. Once contact was made with the sales team they were very helpful and quick to respond.

When I decided to purchase the machine the collection process was very easy to organise and the machine was ready for me to collect when I arrived. The demonstration I received when I collected was informative and much appreciated.

The machine itself is nicely finished and looks to be of good quality and I’m happy with its performance on the job.

There has been an electrical issue with the dumper and the Crytec team have been brilliant in assisting with helping diagnosing, sending replacement parts and sorting the issue.

Overall the customer experience has been brilliant.

Great service

I bought a 500BS woodchipper which clogged up on first use with laurel clippings, I tried several other times with various branches but it always stripped off the bark and clogged up. I got fed up with dismantling and cleaning out. I should have sought redress under warranty, but poor health then meant I left it unused for just over a year. I finally tried again with same result so contacted Crytec support. They referred me to an Engineer contactable only by phone. Over many calls he tried to be helpful within the constraints of his brief, did send some replacement blades, and suggested I try various options. I tried many of the adjustments with the help of a mechanic who I had to pay, and finally got the machine working after carrying out another suggested adjustment. The upshot was that it had never been set up properly. They did not want to know, their 'support' line just told me every time to contact the engineer by phone, not so easy, as difficult to get through. Apparently their support line is manned by sales staff who never pass on any of your queries or information to the overworked ' Engineer' . I would not ever use them again or recommend them to anyone. If something goes wrong they are not really interested and you will waste a lot of time going around in circles until they get you to give up !!

Spot on,delivered in good order and felled a couple of trees with no issue.

Service and communication was excellent. From time of ordering to delivery to the Highlands was under a week.only issue i had was once I recieved delivery I did not check the digger and I found some damage to the bottom off the base this does not affect the operation..

Bought a Cordless Grass Cutter for my sister. She now wished she'd had yrs ago. It's made a job that was tight to get to with hand shears a lot more easier to do & also cutting grass underneath bushes that are low to the ground.

Looked hard to find the right 72" Tool Cabinet at the right price so, wondered if I had made the correct decision to buy from Crytec Power.
My whole experience was brilliant.
The price was right, the quality fantastic and the Crytec staff very helpful. BRILLIANT.

Products arrived damaged after they were unpacked. Emailed the company immediately with photos. Followed up the email later that day. No response so I emailed again yesterday. No response. So I messaged last night via their Facebook page via messenger…… no response, rang their phone number …. No answer….. not a great first time using this company
