Great customer service and support from sales with a complex delivery.

The machine its self it amazing - 22T log splitter.
Really well designed and performs exceptionally well.

100% recommend this log splitter very fast delivery built to last 👍

great machine good comms. Only 4 stars as just missed out on forthcoming offer (within 2weeks and machine still unused at that point) but would not include me in the offer. All good but leaves a sour taste.

I contacted the company twice by phone before placing my order I found the customer service to be very helpful and answered all my questions and made me feel confident about ordering from them. The order was delivered on time by a very polite and helpful driver and I would be happy to buy from this company again.

What a great machine. easy to use, very good design.

Lovely service
Nice people

I purchased this chipper a number of years ago and it has been brilliant. As a landscape gardener it doesn't get used lots, but when it's needed, not only is it a handy piece of kit to have, but it's reliable too. Starts every time with either one or two pulls on the cord and makes short work of chipping up waste. One or two minor issues over the years but easily resolved - a broken spring on the accelerator, the mount for the ignition key broke from the vibration of the machine, but overall a great machine to have. Highly recommend. The staff at their HQ are brilliant too. I've phoned on a couple of occasions and they're always happy to help and offer advice, an excellent service that you don't often get these days.

Quality product quick delivery 👍

Excellent service from Rock Machinery delivering my new log splitter when u requested 👍🏻

It was generally a good experience, however involved a bit of work my end to keep the momentum going. Started on eBay with me messaging and asking if I could pick the chipper up as I'm sometimes down that way. Received a message saying that wasn't an option using eBay, full stop. End of conversation. There was no alternative suggestion, no helpful "try contacting us by...", just a one liner. So hunted them down via internet and ordered that way. The chipper turned up promptly and well packed within the 10 days they said it would take.

Fair price, packed well, delivered undamaged and when agreed.

a good well built machine only used for a day to date but looks capable and strong

The log splitter we chose had a video if how it worked before we made our purchase and it was easy to order. We were sent confirmation of order and delivery details and were contacted by phone to check that everything was acceptable before the machine arrived. The staff we spoke to were knowledgeable and very helpful. The machine was easy to use and a great addition to our garden requirements, we are really pleased with it. Overall a great experience and excellent service throughout.

Good communication brilliant log splitter

Very smooth transition from start to finish highly recommended 5☆ service

Log splitter excellent and does all expected of it can recommend. Delivery got delayed due to confusing shipping arrangements and took a week longer than it should, only reason for 4 stars.
