This was my first experience dealing with your company, and every step has been exceptional—from my initial enquiry, to ordering our machine, then ordering the consumables, and finally today's support call. Each stage has been handled promptly and professionally, with today's query resolved within just a few minutes.
This level of customer service is not something you receive every day, and I believe outstanding service deserves to be recognised. From your clear communication and professional manner to your efficiency in resolving the issue, every interaction has been a pleasure.

We were lied to, signed a contract which had been amended by the Sales Rep,who come to your premises ,are charming ,friendly and do a good pitch . We were duped into signing the contract ,told him that we only had two years left on our lease ,he said no problem ,we could lease it for 24 months .
When we had the delivery ,the information was not available on the sheet ,we were advised to sign and were told the two year contract details would be filled in. We didn't receive any paperwork demonstrating the contract date .
The information shared and discussed with the rep,regarding costs was incorrect and we phoned up,we had to agree with that.
We had a call from supplies wanting us to purchase more sundries . We told them we didn't need to as our account was finishing in two months . He said I was incorrect as we signed a 63 month contract details!!
Why on earth would we have signed a contract which continued three years after our lease ended !!!
We've had no support and when we spoke to the company the operative swooned about the rep,saying he was a wonderful person and no complaints had been received about him!
She dismissed our complaint and told us we couldn't do anything about it,quite gleefully !!!
DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY-FRAUDULENTLY OBTAINING CONTRACTS!
We will be finding support with the media watchdog who ,after reading all these comments ,will hopefully highlight this Company and their leaseholders Paribas.
All these small Businesses should not have to suffer due to the negligence of this Company !

DO NOT SIGN UP!! Duped into a contract with lies about being able to end the contract early without huge penalties. Now I'm stuck with a machine that doesn't work and an exit bill of over £7000 - Oh and I still have to pay to insure the heap of junk! In person sales staff WILL lie to you, JUST AVOID! I bought a brasil rcd touch back in October 2025, its been hardly used since that time, as the business it was bought for didn’t work out, although the coffee machine is used or turned on, it is rarely used, however i would expect that the machine would work as & when required to do so, as we had issues with it, which i reported due to everytime the machine rinsed it used milk, the customer service team said that they would get someone to contact myself, after speaking with Ryan i was advised that someone would come out and look at the machine the next day, 3 weeks later after calling back to complain, the “ engineer” turned up, on a clised day when i didn’t have the time to stay there whilst he looked at it, he cam back at a later date and took the machine away, it’s now been 2 weeks with zero phone call received, zero emails received, nothing, after spending £6500 buying a machine outright i expect better but hey i suppose because im not stupid enough to lease or don’t purchase enough products, im last on the list, il be reporting it to trading standards and having my legal representatives look at the purchase and subsequent “ service contract”with Rijo42, id say if i had my time again i wouldn’t bother with them, same old sales pitch, buy the machine and give gateway customer service and no fks given, absolute crap service, go elsewhere, as for myself, i don’t care how big of a company you are, in fact i enjoy it the most when proceedings get issued and seeing it all the way through..guess we’ll see what happens now..and No i won't chase you or email customer service, so don’t respond with asking me to do so, find out on your so called systems how many people bought machines outright in October, and how many machines you have got in for repair with my name.
Shaun and Nick were excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend them both and Rijo as a company. After sales, follow up and programming of machine service brilliant. Both reply with minutes and no job is too big or small. Just wonderful to deal with.
We are extremely pleased with our new coffee machines—they’ve been a fantastic addition to our workplace. The quality of the coffee is excellent, and the machines themselves are easy to use, reliable, and efficient. Since their arrival, they’ve made a noticeable difference to our day-to-day environment, and all our staff are genuinely happy with them.
We would also like to extend a big thank you to Mike for all of his help throughout the process. His support, guidance, and professionalism made everything run smoothly from start to finish, and it’s been greatly appreciated.
Overall, a brilliant experience and a product we would highly recommend.

Both the quality of service and quality of product have been excellent. We have just signed up for another 3 years on the strength of this, and would recommend them to other businesses like ours.

So far our experience has been very positive, great service and communication from the start from Shaun, and excellent training on the running and maintenance of the machine when installed. So far the machine has been brilliant, transforming the speed and quality of our hot drinks service, a brilliant addition to our busy sandwich shop.
I took out a contract with Rijo for a Brasil Coffee Machine, as a new business starting out I was nervous of signing a contract but advised it would all work out but not to worry if it didnt, support would be in place! I obviously decided to take the monthly payment options as could not afford the £7k they advised it would cost outright. So given the full sales pitch and i fell for it.
The contract, monthly payments £215 less VAT for 63 months………6 months on the business failed.
There is £13,500 left to pay which is now on me with no job or business.
Rijo has offered to collect the machine and pay £50 as a Gesture of good will……
I have been advised by CF Corporate that machines are practically worthless and often not even worth collecting.
Just be aware of what you are getting in to if a new business and that you will be trapped if it does not work out.
I have been left devasted and the stress its created is one of the biggest mistakes i have ever made.
Trying to seek legal advice if i actually have any rights against this utter scam.

We’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Shaun from rijo42 now for almost 6 years. Every interaction is always friendly, but professional and he’s always at the other end of the phone if needed. We’re incredibly happy with the service and the quality of the products. We’ve just recently purchased our second machine and wouldn’t have done that if we weren’t absolutely confident that it’s the best offering around.
From start to finish the experience has been great with rijo42. The sales rep Shaun has gone that extra mile to make us feel welcomed as a new customer and helped us along our journey getting installed with there amazing coffee machine. We had a problem with one of our coffee machines and Vicky Black was so helpful, she called me and talked me through what I needed to do and fixed the problem. Vicky is always so kind and helpful, a real pleasure to do business with.
Fantastic customer service from Rijo. My old machine broke an engineer was sent the next day to fix but we decided to get a new machine. I dealt with Vicky Black she's been a great help every step of the way, she was even happy to help out of working hours. Also Nim the engineer was a great help and very friendly. Thanks again Vicky & Nim for all your help and for finding us the perfect machine.
Excellent coffee and machines and a great business to do business with!
As a small business, it can be tough making big money decisions - Micheal made this easy for us. Talked for months about how we wanted it, what exactly we needed, even though I hadn’t made a payment, gave me plenty of time.
Then bought it due to such brilliant customer care & so excited for our new machine, which sounds like a beast.
They say they will take good care, and I fully believe them, as that’s what they’ve shown so far.
Great stuff, will be buying plenty of machines in the future.
These guys just make too many mistakes and when you phone up with an issue, they don’t understand that ‘your’ business is ‘your’ lively hood.
Most of the guys I have spoken to just care about working their shift and getting home.
Delivery of the machine, installed but bits missing so they were sent next day, so they guy installing couldn’t do a test or show how it worked.
Had an issue on day before opening weekend. Advised that they would send someone after the weekend, as if I hadn’t promoted the big opening of my life savings for the shop
Multiple late deliveries leading to me having to get extra stock from other suppliers (they always blame delivery firm and never refund the £7.99 you have paid for delivery)
Ringing the helpline after 4pm, you get someone driving, saying they will send email to escalate when they get home, even if the issue could close your shop due to technical issues with machine or undelivered stock
Appalling from the miss sold sales to the people given to deal with your requests. If you have a busy coffee shop, go elsewhere as these guys can’t cope with people or getting things right.

Dan Wells came and gave us a full demonstration of the machine, explained clearly its functions and the upkeep it requires. Since having the machine installed in our barbershop it’s been a massive hit with our customers and has even increased our product sales due to it being situated within our retail space. Overall we’re very happy with Dan and Rijo as a whole
