Attempted Delivery Time Change
Overall, my order was processed efficiently, I received what I ordered and love the products.
However...
I ordered on the Friday and paid extra to have the items delivered on the next working day because I knew I would be out over the weekend and wanted to be at home when they were delivered for security reasons. Just as I was leaving the house about 1000 on the Saturday morning to visit a very poorly relative, I received a text from DPD to say my order would be delivered between 1120 and 1220 that day. It was easy to change the delivery time back to that which I'd paid extra for but that felt like an unnecessary imposition. This might sound harsh but it would have been less stressful if DPD hadn't tried to deliver early and stuck to the service I'd paid for

Great service
Ordered a TV, £10 cheaper than anywhere else, they actually have old school customer services you can just get ring and get an immediate answer and arrived the next day on free delivery .

Another pain free purchase
Simple website Delivery good with a call before the delivery so I was ready for it, and it was put in my hallway rather than on the doorstep. Easy Purchase from a company I have now used several times because, The one problem I did have in the past was sorted quickly and fairly. good customer service works for me.

This relates an online purchase
This relates to the purchase of a pair Fyne Audio F301i (Walnut) speakers from the Richer Sounds website. The the main reason for my online purchase, as opposed to my usual store visit, was to take advantage of the VIP Club Member Price of just £219.00, and I was not sure how long the VIP offer would be available. This was a saving of £140, which is amazing value, for a pair of superb sounding British speakers. Their website is very easy to navigate and use, and you're kept up to date throughout your order/delivery process. Very quick turnaround with the delivery via DPD who also kept me updated throughout. A great experience, I cannot find fault with any of the process, Richer Sounds are top of the class yet again!!
