Always a great service and excellent products.

Ordered a TV on the weekend, received it on the Wednesday, good service.
A couple of points I’d like to make, however, when ordering from your website it clearly states next working day or nominated day, neither option was available to me.
Also, upon purchasing my initial email stated delivery by the end of the month, which obviously was worst case scenario, so your delivery promise isn’t entirely accurate.

Normally buy electrical entertainment goods from Richer Sounds as they always offer a good price, plus a 6-year warranty - peace of mind when spending £500+ on a new TV! Item was delivered quickly on my specified day, it was intact and worked perfectly! Will be using Richer Sounds again no doubt!

Richer Sounds were such an easy company to work with, on-line. I was seeking Hi-Fi equipment & the range of options were all high end, but at extremely competitive pricing. The response was fast, and I received the equipment days before I expected it. It sounds wonderful, which may be a reflection on the manufacturer's but it's Richer who got me to that point.
In addition, I made a later error in purchasing equipment in excess of what I needed. A call to Richer was so helpful as the Customer Services chap walked me through what they would do to resolve my error. The item was returned from the carrier & I was credited in a few days. Apart from my guilt, Richer eased this uncomfortable situation. Thank you!
Richer are going to be my port of call for future electronic needs.

Overall, my order was processed efficiently, I received what I ordered and love the products.
However...
I ordered on the Friday and paid extra to have the items delivered on the next working day because I knew I would be out over the weekend and wanted to be at home when they were delivered for security reasons. Just as I was leaving the house about 1000 on the Saturday morning to visit a very poorly relative, I received a text from DPD to say my order would be delivered between 1120 and 1220 that day. It was easy to change the delivery time back to that which I'd paid extra for but that felt like an unnecessary imposition. This might sound harsh but it would have been less stressful if DPD hadn't tried to deliver early and stuck to the service I'd paid for

Ordered a TV, £10 cheaper than anywhere else, they actually have old school customer services you can just get ring and get an immediate answer and arrived the next day on free delivery .
