The first time I have brought an LG TV 55" C5 I have another TV that is Samsung that is also very good but the LG was at a more reasonable price and features seemed as good if not better a very good 6 year warranty helped the decision & purchase from Richer Sounds I will be back thanks-

So many companies these days deliver mediocre/poor service and it makes a refreshing change to do business with a company that knows about the products they are selling.
Richer Sounds also makes the customer feel valued, again a bit rare these days.
Although I knew what I wanted to buy, Paul was very helpful in answering some technical queries about the product and arranged very prompt delivery.
Post sale I had one or two questions which were also dealt with immediately.
This is what customer service is all about and encourages me to go back for any future purchase. Fully recommend.

Called the Cambridge shop to enquire about noise cancelling earbuds and TJ was really helpful, listening to my requests and came up with the Nothing earplugs as an option. Went in next day and purchased some. Nice relaxed service and informative information. Very happy

First class as always. Got excellent advice on the right tv's to get when i called the sales phone number and unlike most places you call none of the stupid talking to a machine nonsense.
Been using Richer Sounds since the 90s and always my first and only choice for tv or hi fi.

Tremendous experience. It's the first time of buying something from Richer Sounds, but a brand which obviously takes customer service seriously. Tom from Cambridge was brilliant in helping me get a new UST projector and getting it for a competitive price so I will definitely be keeping them top of the list for future AV purchases.

I have trusted Richer Sounds ever since the owner made the lovely gift of the firm to the staff when he retired. I had several headphones in mind, but when I found Richer Sounds sold one on those on my shortlist, my decision was made.
I enjoyed viewing the range of electronics in the shop.

I have been buying kit from them for over 20 years and just ordered up another Monitor Audio speaker package including sub woofer. The experts in their Cambridge shop are always there on the phone to help and advise, even with my old Denon 6400 avr that I have just moved to my PC they are on hand for tricky technical tips getting it working.

What can l say “nothing” if you are reading this you are wasting your time.
Just have a good look at what’s on offer, in store, online, what ever method you have, make your mind up, look at the offers that go with it and buy.
That’s it, you can go and get stitched up somewhere else now, because that will never happen at Richer Sounds. I could say so make you would not beleave me, so just do it and sit back and enjoy your purchase.

Your staff were v helpful and answered any Qs I had. I had problems with my computer but they got back to me by phone. The item I chose was ideal and it arrived v promptly. The usual excellent service from my audio vendor of choice for many years.

Great experience end to end. Tom was polite and very helpful, explaining the delivery process and answering all our questions. We were kept informed on the day of delivery of progress and timing.
