Has to 5 stars. Prompt updates, and delivery. Then customer service took the liberty to call to ask how the delivery was which I did like. There was something the driver didn’t do. But it was fine as everything else was so smooth.

Excellent from D&G shame about delivery
It is the first time we have come across this company,the delivery experience started well,goods where unloaded,and it is there policy to delivered to a room and left with packing on if they cannot put the item in room it was meant for,would have unpacked and put in correct room if we gave them a back hander !!!!Would also been nice if they spoke in English all the time instead of there native language even on the phone as didn’t know and could not understand any of it.The service we got from D&G was and always is top standard

The tall young man with ginger beard I cannot remember his name only the initial of first name E, well mannered courteous, used covering for his shoes..gave good advice..very professional and down to earth at the same time!! RGB pain continues. Caveat Emptor!!!
RGB delivered a "faulty" brand new NEF combination microwave oven on 28/08/26. It has taken until today to collect it, they refused to do so without an engineer visit despite me offerng to upload photo and video of the fault code. Now I have to wait for them to deliver a new (hopefully fault free) item, they refused to do it at the same time as collecting the old item. The saga continues, it has been painful and the very opposite of a John Lewis experience. Regretfully Domestic & General insurance only specified RGB as their supplier.
