I bought an evoque in June. By October it was making a loud noise. I notified Reynolds early November as we wasn’t aware it was still down to them to fix any issues. Had to chase Reynolds up until January and only after involving the finance company and speaking with trading standards did they decide to fix the issue. Once it finally went in I called the garage it was being repaired at (I wasn’t told where it was and calls were going unreturned when asked. Had to do a bit of sleuthing with the cars tracker and google maps) that it had been fixed and ready to be collected 10 days previous! It had been there 14 days in total. Why the hell didn’t anyone tell me! Shocking after sales service, calls barely ever answered and if they do answer it’s always ‘we will call back’. And no, I never get a call back.
So in short, I would never use them again. I don’t trust them as far as I could throw them and all they do is try to fob you off with excuse after excuse. It’s a real shame because the last car I got from there I believe Chris still run the show. Now he’s stepped back it’s just a s&!t show.

These guys were great, can’t praise them enough. Was so straight forward with the whole process. Got the car I’ve always wanted and will deal with them again in the future.
