All my journeys have been amazing from the lovely Jackie Bonham (uk co ordinator) organising everything and putting up with my endless questions lol, the amazing driver that picks you up from airport and buys you ice creams (although now retired) to the surgeons who do an amazing job.
With my surgeries I had 1 nights stay in hospital where you are looked after by the revitalize chaperone, she sleeps in same room with you, so always on hand.

I cannot comment on the villa as I’ve always stayed in a favourite 5 star hotel of mine. Which they are happy to pick you up from for all your check ups.

There’s nothing bad to say about Revitalize apart from.. it’s addictive 🫣 I keep thinking what I need next.. Turan please ban me! 😂

Booked in to get a full mouth of crowns replaced from some old work I'd had done in Hungary. Dr baris was amazing. He did exactly what I wanted and was a true professional. His attention to detail was astounding. The hotel staff were soooo lovely. Will absolutely use this company again and recommend them to anyone.

I can only sing this companies praises. From the ease of booking, the seamless service in Turkey now the follow-up care. It's been fantastic. I booked for VSG surgery around 5 weeks before going, and after lots of research and personal recommendations, I chose Revitalize. They made booking easy and I paid the deposit. On landing in Izmer, I was greated outside the terminal and taken to the villa. After a swift intro to the management team, I was taken, with my Revitalize appointed companion and translator Lali, to Egepol hospital. On arrival the pre-op tests began, and then a quiet night before surgery. In the morning I met all the surgical teams, and any questions or queries were relayed by Lali. I then handed the money over - very strange having so much cash to pay with, but perfectly normal there. More tests and by mid-morning I was in the operating room. Two further nights in hospital to recover, where Lali stayed with me the whole time and then back to the villa, which is lovely! The pool, gardens, communal areas and rooms are all idyllic. I was shown to my room, which had all amenities, glorious air conditioning and most importantly a comfy bed and pillows. I stayed one night and in the morning was taken, again with Lali, for a follow-up with the surgeon. A day relaxing in the villa, I was taken to the airport in the evening for my flight.
Other than the flights, they arranged everything - from transfers with their private chauffer, arranging the surgery, sorting out prescriptions and being so knowledgeable in all the process. It was seamless and so well organised and made a scary time, one of calm efficiency which put my mind at ease. Thank you Revitalize.

I can’t begin to thank every single person who has assisted me during my journey I wouldn’t have been able to do this without you all.

I am one week post op and I am already LOVING the results. I am falling in love with myself again.

I am so grateful for NANA who was super attentive with me, slept with me in hospital for two nights, helped me cream myself nothing I asked of her was ever too much. Such a genuine soul who went above and beyond to look after me and to reassure my family that I am doing okay.

The ladies at the villa would always smile no matter what TEONA,LALY (I forgot the others names)were all so amazing very polite always checking in on me and making sure I’m okay and I’ve eaten.

DR CENK BEST SURGEON, extremely through explained every step of the process made sure I understood, he was realistic with results and I felt secure and comfortable.

I have just returned from Revitalize and can only say that from the very start of my journey until I returned home, the treatment I had by the wonderful Professor Ahmed and his team along with the fabulous staff at Mandarin Grove was amazing. Every single last detail was taken care of both professionally and from the care staff at Mandarin grove, and from the driver, the kitchen staff, cleaners and even the gardener looking after the beautiful gardens were courteous, kind & helpful in every way they could be to make my stay comfortable, pleasant and safe. I thank them all so much.

I had the best experience during my time at mandarin grove for my rhinoplasty ! All the staff were so polite kind and they done everything for us !! We arrived at the airport got picked up by Revitalize driver drove to the villa. I got picked back up a few hours later took for my consultation with Dr. Cenk who I couldn’t recommend enough. He was so professional and honest about what I would need doing during my procedure and the outcome I am beyond happy with ! I’d never had an operation before so I was really nervous but everybody at Revitalize and the staff at the hospital were so lovely and comforting! I stayed at the hospital for one night with lovely Lali who helped me during my recovery again she was so helpful and done anything she could to make my hospital stay amazing ! I then went back to the villa where I had a lovely break by the pool and on the balcony. The villa was clean and tidy we had our rooms cleaned every day by the maids who are also lovely! I will be coming back in the future!! X

I had an extended tummy tuck with Revitalize in February. From the moment I left the airport I was well looked after. Madarin Grove was amazing, I didn’t want to come home, Teona, Nana and Lali were so attentive.
My surgery was done by Dr Cenk, I’m 7 weeks post op, still a little swollen but truly believe this procedure has changed my life.

I went to Revitalize for a hysterectomy in Nov 2023 after waiting 4 years for NHS surgery. The whole experience was fantastic. Dr Guher was wonderful and my surgery was in the most gorgeous hospital, more akin to a five star hotel. I was given excellent care by the nurses and my pain was dealt with as soon as I asked. I requested to stay an extra day in the hosoital and again no problem. Home for three weeks and feeling very well with a nicely fading fine scar. I have been to Revitalize for cosmetic and dental surgery in the past and havw always had the best of care. I truly belive they are worth every star.

The surgery went well, I was there for a revision of of a set of face-lift procedures carried out in 2022. There was no argument about the revision and everything was amicable and professionally organised and executed. The standard of care was good - EXCEPT… there was a teenage party held in the mandarin grove wellness retreat/villa which was absolutely awful and impacted staff significantly on the care and experience of me and other patients present at the time. The girls were running around until 04.00am; patients were confined to our rooms and not allowed into the communal spaces from 12.00 Monday till the next morning. The girls left mud in the pool area, on the floors in the community space and were very disrespectful of the fact that patients were recovering from surgery. When complained to the owner/parent of the girls, he could not see that this was inappropriate given that we were all recovering from major surgery. This has seriously affected my previous experience and opinion of the organisations ability to put patient care at the front of their thinking.

Very impressed with the whole experience from start to finish. Everything is taken care of, from transportation, schedule (no need to worry about when and where), nurse constantly by your side during the hospital stay, medical tests were thorough and quick (my blood pressure was a little high so they treated that before surgery) and being able to recover at the comfortable villa for several days. Much more discreet being abroad to recover from the initial aftermath of surgery when swollen and bandaged - in the UK it would have been impossible to avoid friends and family, so if discretion is what you are looking for, this is the ideal solution.

I went to revitalise in turkey accompanied by my mum for breast implants 5 weeks ago, from start to finish I had a really great experience. From being collected at the airport to being dropped off at Mandarin Grove (do not worry on the journey there it’s really out of the way of everything and I must say I did panic but absolutely no need) as soon as we arrived I was informed of my surgery day/time. On the day of surgery I was taken to the surgeons office “Dr Cenk” to discuss my expectations and what size I desired etc. He explained everything to me in great detail and told me he would meet me at the hospital for my surgery. I was then taken to the hospital accompanied by Lali, she was amazing made me feel really calm and came with me to theatre and then waved me off at the door. The anaesthetist and Dr Cenk were in the theatre room waiting for me and before I knew it all I remember is waking up and lali was by my side. The pain isn’t unbearable more like a heavy pressure. I was discharged back to mandarin grove the day after surgery and had a really great time recovering there. The hotel really is stunning and the staff can’t do enough for you. I didn’t want to write a review too soon as I wanted to wait and see my final results ( it can take up to 6 months for the implants to drop and fluff - and they go through many different stages. I have panicked and thought I hated them then I love them - with each day that passes they are more round and feel so natural and have dropped into a lower position at 5 weeks post op I am very happy with my result. If you are considering surgery then I would recommend Revitalise.

So I am now just short of 3 weeks post op (TT, uplift & lipo to flanks) and I honestly never dreamt my results would be this amazing. Down to the surgeon Dr Cenk his amazing nurse and all the team at the villa I cannot thank them enough. I am now looking at booking for more surgery next year, honestly if your on the fence about booking you really don't need to worry, I 100% recommend this company

I had hair transplant done with Revitalize in Izmir. It was recomended to me by someone I know and I highly recomend to everyone who want done the procedure.
From the moment I contacted office assistant Emre it was so easy to deal with process, he helped me with choosing flights and matching dates to suit me, all information and booking process was made so easy.
When arrived to Izmir I was greeted by they're own driver (also great tour guide! ) later driving us to and from procedure and after care.
When arriving to the villa I was welcomed by Teona, she showed me my room and around propeprty, then explained schedule of procedure. Next day I was taken to private hospital for the transplant procedure, I was very nervous about it, I was introduced to procedure specialists and as I started to know them I got more relaxed about it. Procedure was not painful, once I felt any pain girls emediatly injected extra local anesthesia to the area.
Recovery was made so easy and pleasant in the villa surounded with care from fantastic staff, meeting other patients, sharing experience and suporting each other.
I made great friends with staff working there also the patients.
It was sad leaving, as I was leaving my new friends I made.
All experience was 100%, I never felt like customer, I was cared like dear family, this company takes everything personaly, Well done to all and thank you.

Revitalize was recommended to us by a family member, and I can honestly say that we would not hesitate to recommend Revitalize to anyone thinking of cosmetic surgery, dental work or a hair transplant. All the staff, whether medical, administrative or from the hospitality side, were extremely professional and very supportive of us. Never once did we feel that the only objective of Revitalize was to make as much money out of us as possible- our health and welfare were very much the top priorities.
The medical practitioners were top notch in their fields.
Having someone with you at every appointment who spoke very good English made everything so much less scary, and everyone we came across was also friendly, which meant a great deal.

Mandarin Grove is a wonderful place to recuperate and we received excellent support and care from Teona and the staff there. The cameraderie amongst the other patients also meant that we enjoyed lots of laughs, interesting conversations and support.

Everything was well organised and timed from start to finish. Very impressed with my lovely surgeon Dr Murat. All staff at hospital and at mandarin grove were kind and helpful and very reassuring. I met other people that week all having different surgeries and we bonded so well and supported each other through our recovery. Breakfast at the villa was nice but main meals you get what you are given and not to everyone's taste but it was healthy food. Still recovering at home improving every day. Should I ever need any more procedures I would not hesitate to go back again. Revitalise look after you from start to finish and are still checking up on me now. I had a brilliant time from start to finish, as a young girl who had never had surgery before and never been abroad alone before either the staff of Revitalize couldn't have done more to make me feel comfortable and safe. From meeting Jackie & Turan at my consultation, Nefize, Emre contacting me up to and after my arrival in Turkey making sure I had all that I needed sorted, Gurcan meeting me off of my flight to take me to the villa, Teona, Lali, Nana, Begum and all the other lovely girls who take care of you at the villa, the large amount of amazing work I'd had done under the skilled hands of Dr Murat Melih Can and to my recovery in the villa after, everything was smooth sailing for me. I was driven everywhere I needed to go, had a chaperone who took care of me and translated for me in the hospital, at all of my clinic appointments and hospital check ups, my surgeon also spoke very clear English and was easily understandable. I had a great experience with the care at Mandarin Grove and there was nothing that the lovely girls there couldn't do for me, they changed my dressings, helped me get dressed, washed my hair, reassured me when i was worried, comforted me when I cried and really made me feel welcome and included. The breakfast was great, I wouldn't eat at lunch most days during my recovery but did enjoy what i did buy and found it cheap too, evening meal was abit hit & miss but I ate well most days. You do have to purchase soft drinks and juices should you want them during the day, plenty of free water though which is better for your recovery, breakfast and dinner came with juice, water & hot drinks and you could have more if you ask. Complimentary bottled water & hot drinks sachets in the room, mini bar with soft drinks and snacks, all topped up daily and charged at the end of your stay, again cheap enough. The young girls cleaning done a fantastic, thorough clean on my room everyday and would be on the go most of the day making sure every part of the villa was spotless everyday. Really, really impressed with my whole experience and cannot thank everyone enough, especially my surgeon for my new found love for myself. Hoping to be back soon xxx
