Thank you from the bottom of my heart to you all the experience from start to finish i was so well looked after from being picked up from the airport to going to the hospital my surgeon was amazing and listened to me giving his input what was best the nurses everyone at the villa just everything the villa was beautiful and im so happy with my results im healing very well just what I wanted you know the saying you pay for what you get whike in this case it's so very true met some amazing ladies who worked there and who was in the villa I was never scared or worried I had every faith in their abilty to do the job right and the have exceeded to my expectations ill be back one day in the distant future

I chose Revitalise in November 2025 for a deep plane facelift, neck lift, temple brow lift, and facial fat grafting. I was quite apprehensive beforehand, but the moment I met the surgeon and the team, all my worries disappeared. They were absolutely incredible , professional, reassuring, and genuinely caring.

We stayed at the Mandarin resort, which was lovely overall, and although there are a few small areas that could be improved, the experience surrounding the surgery itself was exceptional. Professor Ahmets hands gave me complete confidence, and the nurses were attentive, kind, and consistently supportive.

Our chaperones were brilliant throughout the stay. We had a few different ones, but Abbie supported my husband and me for most of our time there, and she was truly outstanding. Teona was also wonderful at the resort and Lali
The rest of the staff appear to be kind too.

We really enjoyed our time in Izmir exploring the bazaar, trying different restaurants, seeing the local sights, and having moments of proper relaxation too. The only area I feel could benefit from improvement is the food at the resort. Because it’s quite a distance from other places to eat, having more substantial meal options would make a big difference, especially for Brits recovering from surgery who often need protein-rich, hearty meals. The soups and porridge were delicious, but sometimes you just need a proper meal with meat and carbs to support recovery.

Aside from that, everything else was faultless. My husband also had dental work done, and the dentist was extremely attentive.

I’ve already booked to return this year for a breast revision and hairline procedure with Revitalise. Thank you so much for everything especially Teona and Abbi ❤️

I am almost 4 weeks post surgery, I had a Tummy tuck, Breast lift & lypo on the love handles. Dr Cenk Tokat was my Surgeon. I am absolutely delighted with my results so far. The care I received from Dr Tokat and his staff was amazing, all of the hospital staff at the Egepol Hospital took great care of me. Throughout my stay at the hospital Revitalize had an English speaking chaperone (Don) He was just the loveliest young man, so pleasant to spend time with and made sure I had everything I needed. The team at the Mandarin Grove retreat what can I say just delightful, nothing was too much trouble, I left feeling like I had made friends. Thank you all, Teona, Lalli & the lovely lady that cleaned our rooms for making my stay even better for moving my comfy chair onto my balcony. All of the staff that I have dealt with either in person or vis the telephone have been great. Thank you Revitalize I will definitely be back later this year.

The process was easy and everything was done quickly. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

It’s been 10 weeks since my surgery and stay at the wellness clinic, and I love the results.
I had a deep plane face lift, temporal lift, upper blepharoplasty and fat transfer. My surgeon, the amazing Processor Ahmet Sayan, (look him up, he’s a lead in his field) goes through the procedure with you, before he does his magic, which really puts you at ease. Not only is the man a genius, he’s such a nice and friendly man.
After the surgery I got picked up and transported to the villa for recovery. I wouldn’t want to recover anywhere else. The villa is beautiful and all of the staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. You really do get a 5* treatment.
I met a great bunch of ladies, who’d had their own surgery and what a great time we had.
This was my second stay at the villa and I wasn’t disappointed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I would highly recommend it.

This was my second visit to Revitalize. From start to finish it was a great experience. You are taken from the airport to the beautiful Mandarin Grove Villa,it's spotless with a beautiful pool and gardens. You have a translator when you're in Izmir at the clinic. Professor Seyhan has made me look fantastic, he's so sweet and very professional. I can't fault this company, everyone is so kind and I felt very safe. Revitalise is a brilliant company. Went in October for a hair transplant. I was picked up at the airport and had private transfer to the Mandarin Grove, a stunning place set up to look after you post treatment. I was taken to the clinic with a bilingual escort on both occasions. My transplant went perfectly and my recovery has been super quick. The Mandarin grove is a beautiful place, super clean with great food and an exceptional team especially Teona the manager, lali and of course Javid the driver all of which will do anything for you. The Mandarin grove is close to the town of Urla so great for a walk to the sea or restaurants if you are up for it. Can’t fault them and would recommend them without hesitation.

This is my second visit to Revitalize, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Picked up at the airport and taken to the villa, which is beautiful and spotless. The team are amazing, friendly and welcoming, and work hard to make your stay restful and relaxing, so you can recover from your surgery. The villa has other people who are there for their own personal surgery journey and everyone supports each other. It’s quite the little family while you’re there and you feel in safe place and in safe hands.
On to the surgery. I had deep plain face lift and fat transfer, carried out be the amazing Professor Seyhan. Research this professor, he is highly respected in his field. He is not only amazing at what he does, he is so friendly and puts you totally at ease. He advises what should and shouldn’t be done, I put my trust in him and followed his advice and how right I was to do that. 6 weeks post surgery and I am so happy with the results. If I were to consider any more surgery, this is where I would go. I fully trust this company.

I was petrified to say the least going. in England all I heard was horror stories about turkey cosmetic surgery but I searched reviews, reddit and influencers and found revitalize everything checked out good.. bit of story about me. im a mother of three two of my children were nearly 10lbs birth weight and this made my skin loose stretched and it bothered me so so much. ive had operations go bad in England and the prices are insane here. so I ignored the tv reports and researched so glad I did! all way upto the arriving to the villa I was petrified but as soon as I met the staff saw other people there who have had their surgeries and the villa was so nice.. I instantly was relieved and excited. after arriving the next day I had my operation scheduled when arriving at the hospital it was so clean and new and fancy all the beds were awesome you have your own room and toilet translater with you 24/7 nurses were kind and gentle. nerves did sink in by now but the translater comforted me the whole time the operation went well I had a tummy tuck and lipo.. 1st day of recovery wasn't pleasant for obvious reasons but I was up and about by the next day went back to the villa and the care and kindness was spot on. they washed my hair changed my dressings. only negative was the main meals were hit and miss. I am now 3months po and ive healed without a glitch I followed the after care given. I am so grateful. this has changed my life so much. I felt so gross ugly I hated wearing clothes swim.suits being naked at all and now im confident. I wouldn't recommend somewhere if I didnt think the care wasn't great. it's changes my life for the better and am so thankful for everyone at revitalize. so if your considering this place dont fear its a good choice.

I have given revitalise 4 stars because from my first enquiry they were very helpful. The hospital stay was faultless. Because of the procedure I had I didn’t eat much. So I can’t comment on the food. The resort was just what the doctor ordered. Quiet and relaxing. I would have given five stars but the food ( which I didn’t have any) was less than ideal. But during my stay the chief was sacked and the food improved. From the moment I landed to the mimi bus back to the airport I was well looked after. I’m so happy with the results of my sleeve. I’ve lost three stone in 3 months. Ive still got some way to go,but I know that I will achieve my desired weight loss.

From the moment I arrived in Izmir, everything was smooth and so well organised. The driver was waiting for me at the airport and was very kind and helpful, which instantly made me feel at ease.

Tiana was absolutely amazing — so caring, supportive, and welcoming. She really went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well looked after throughout my recovery at the villa.
I came for a rhinoplasty with Dr. Seyithan, who was truly incredible. He was very honest and realistic about what could and couldn’t be achieved, and one week on I’m already so pleased with my results.

The villa itself is spotless, the food is delicious, and the whole team provides such a high level of care and support. The hospital was also very clean and professional, which gave me a lot of confidence.

I was recommended Revitalise Turkey by a friend, and I can honestly say I’d recommend them myself now. If I ever decide to have more surgery in the future, I would definitely return.

Had upper and lower eyelid removal and brow lift, the service from start to finish was amazing. Nothing was to much trouble , the hospital and surgeon was amazing and the villa where you recover was beautiful, just like home from home and guys in the retreat were so accommodating , would recommend to everyone, thank you again to all at revitalise

My second time around with Revitalize and I felt totally at ease with everything..I would recommend them everytime for anyone thinking about having surgery..I was in the the capable hands of the same surgeon as my first visit Dr Cenk Tokat, he is a wonderful man to deal with. I went for a lower deep plane face lift an eyebrow lift and upper blepharoplasty. Scars are minimal.

The experience start to finish with the team and the surgeons was great.

I am from Ireland, and travelled alone. I honestly felt safe the whole journey.

From the minute I arrived at the Airport I was taken care of. Private transfer to Villa. That in itself is magnificent. Set in beautiful gardens, private pool, plenty of space to relax, decor beautiful, spotlessly clean, a tranquil vibe, bedrooms bright and roomy with own shower, terrace or balcony. Own mini fridge stocked every couple of days and tea and coffee with kettle supplied.
Treatment/surgeries felt a little rushed with only consultation being on the day of surgery however I was still put at ease by the incredible staff at Revitalize - from Emre who was and is so valuable to have with you, knows exactly what he's doing and puts you very much at ease, he's a credit to the company. To the surgeons assistants, to the beautiful Ladies at the villa Teoni and Lalli who showed such empathy understanding and compassion ( I was sad to say goodbye to them) and Don the Chaperone who stayed with me overnight at the hospital and translated every decision and every process - he was literally my Angel who genuinely only wants the best for you as a patient/client. And finally my surgeon Dr Kirtay who has given me back my confidence. Thank you all. It was very evident that everyone pulled together as a Team and worked extremely hard to make your journey seamless even down to the driver transferring you to the hospital and back.
If there are any criticisms to be told it would be the WiFi at the villa which was virtually non existent, that really needs to improve to make your stay more bearable, because without it, it makes your days long.
Also you were not allowed to bring your own food stuffs to your room from outside. This really needs to be assessed as if you are immobile you are completely dependant on the contents iof the fridge which are high in price compared to local supermarket prices. If you are a grazer its a long time to wait between breakfast and evening meal. Alcohol being banned I understand, but your own food not allowed is the biggest let down, as that is just a money making decision by the owners, especially if their own supply of food is out of stock or not what you like.
Overall if I wanted further procedures I would only use Revitalize as they keep you safe, make you feel important especially with the aftercare. A very slick operation like a well oiled machine.

I could not be more happy with the care and treatment I received. The team are outstanding, and incredibly kind and helpful and the service is everything I could have wanted. There’s a feeling of togetherness with the other people staying in the villa and everyone helps each other out. The office staff, the medical staff and Tee at the villa are amazing.

I am just over a week post op from a mini lift and temporal brow lift.

Pro’s

The surgeon was incredible, im struggling to even find where he has placed some of the stitches. His team are equally as lovely, and I am already super happy with the result. I am 40, and I wanted a subtle refresh, I have zero regrets!

From the second I was collected from the airport, everything runs like clockwork. It is so efficient!

The team at mandarin grove - phenomenal, could not ask for better people.

Mandarin grove itself - pristine, stunning grounds, absolutely immaculate. Perfect space to relax and recover.

Con’s -

Totally out of the company’s control, but there is a loud cockerel nearby which makes a racket.

Food - what you get is nice, I had no issues with quality. I do feel what is offered in the mini room bar is expensive, and to add lunch is extremely expensive. I understand it may not be cost effective to have a chef onsite full time, but perhaps a fridge of cold sandwiches at a reasonable price would be beneficial. In addition, access to a coffee machine and fresh fruit juice downstairs would be nice. I personally wouldn’t have minded paying a little more for an all inclusive package if it was reasonable, as it felt to add on anything was costly.

It felt a little strange, to make such effort to make the place/people/experience such high quality, but then not extend that to nutrition, which is a key factor in recovery.

All in all though I had a lovely stay, and any hesitations about going to Turkey for surgery disappeared as soon as I arrived.

I will be returning, I want to consider laser eye and a rhinoplasty in my next visit, and I would not hesitate to do it again with such an amazing team.

Excellent service from revitalise - my 2nd visit exceeded my first with the team doing all they could to welcome me and support me throughout my visit. From being met at the airport by Javid to arriving at the villa to be greeted by the fantastic Teone, Lalli & Nana I couldn’t have expected more - Dr Cenk and his team were once again fantastic - really can’t recommend highly enough !!
