Probably the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of using.
First things first I booked a car with them only to be told after paying I had to pay an almost £2000 deposit that can only be paid on credit card. As I don't have a credit card I cancelled my booking and requested a refund. After 2 weeks of waiting my refund was finally approved. I got an email stating my refund would be in my account within 5 days. Now after almost a month nothing has been done. I have contacted support and all they are is rude and in considerate. Just saying its all been done from there end. I contacted my bank multiple times and they say no such transaction exists. All the customer support has to say is contact my bank. What an utterly ridiculous and awful joke of a company.
Don't waste your time

TERRIBLE. Arrived on time to the airport & no car. called 15 times only to be told "on our way". An hour later called again to be told "he's on his way". 2 Hours late he arrived on the WRONG SIDE of the airport in a paid carpark forcing us to pay for it. Car had a HUGE crack in the windscreen. When dropping car off had similar horrible communication. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THEY ARE HORRIBLE AT COMMUNICATION.

J’ai rarement vu une agence aussi malhonnête. Ils vous forcent littéralement à prendre leur assurance hors de prix, sous prétexte que votre carte bancaire « ne fonctionne pas » pour la caution, cette caution est sois disant réduite quand vous prenez l'assurance. Étrangement, toutes les cartes cessent de marcher uniquement chez eux sauf quand vous prenez l'assurance là elles remarchent comme par magie.

Pire encore : ils vous emmènent dans un endroit reculé, une ferme isolée, à plusieurs kilomètres de l’aéroport. Une fois sur place, vous n’avez plus aucun choix : soit vous payez ce qu’ils exigent, soit vous restez bloqué sans véhicule. C’est une méthode de racket organisée, qui gâche complètement le début du voyage.

Service scandaleux, pratiques abusives, absence totale de professionnalisme.
Une véritable arnaque pour les touristes comme pour les locaux.
Je déconseille fortement cette agence : mieux vaut payer un peu plus cher ailleurs que de tomber dans leur piège.

This is a fraudulent unethical business.
They advertised a lower cost car rental prices and when you pick-up your reserved car, they do their best to bringing the agreed price up closer to prices offered by largest cars rental providers. They know that it will be harder and much expensive to rent an alternative car on the same day without booking in advance and you would be left without many options especially if you are travelling with children.
They tired to convince me that my credit card is not pronominent cards type and hence they can not block more than 700 euro and I have to pay 195 euro extra to cover remaining unblocked deposit. Regarding my credit card what they said is absolutely makes no sense. My credit card is issued by the largest bank in one of the EU states and to prove that, I manged to book on that day a car from a decent provider who blocked 1800 euro using same credit card no issue at all. Week later, I booked another car from another supplier without any problem.
My question why cars rental booking services companies such as CarJet I booked through do business with such suppliers? Have they perform their due diligence before engaging with such fraudulent supplier? To date, 3 weekes after this incident CarJet is not able to refund my deposit or answering my emails.

We booked a car through Rental24H, but what we received was completely unacceptable. The car was very old, full of scratches, technically unsafe, and clearly below the class we booked.
Website photos were misleading, the car shown there was not what we got.
The staff at pickup were rude and aggressive, and there were suspicious actions around our payment card.
We travel often, and this was by far the worst rental experience we've had.
Avoid this company — there are plenty of honest, professional rental agencies available directly at Tirana Airport.

Awful company cancelled our car hire without informing us as our flight was delayed. Do not use them, will NEVER use them again.

Nous ne recommandons pas la location de voiture avec Rental24 depuis l’aéroport de Nevsehir en Turquie. L’agent en charge de nous remettre le véhicule a été très insistant sur le fait que nous devions prendre une assurance malgré notre refus à plusieurs reprises. Il en est même venu à nous mentir sur l’état des routes dans la région de Cappadoce (étroites, pas de parkings, impraticable). Ce qui est faux, les routes sont plutôt en bon état. Nous avons donc décidé de repartir sans le véhicule et de nous débrouiller par nos propres moyens

Not the first time booking with Rental24h.com. Everything went smoothly. The booking process was easy, and pick-up and return were quick and hassle-free. The car matched the description and was in great condition.

I would give a 0 star if I had the choice. Extremely unprofessional and big time scammers. They work hand in hand with the rental providers to scam people. Their legal documents which you hardly read are there to scam you as well. No help given by them when you have a genuine questions. All they say is read the T&Cs because they can’t do anything about it. I also got same reviews from other people. DO NOT USE THEM

Pessimi e dir poco, abbiamo noleggiato a Parigi una 9 posti, all'arrivo in aereoporto ci hanno consegnato una macchina da 7. È stato sfiancante telefonare più volte senza nessuna soluzione. Il rimborso offerto per il disagio è di solo € 84 euro... Pessimi pessimi, vi esorto a non prenotare sul loro sito!!

Ho noleggiato una macchina 9 posti tramite questo broker a gennaio all' aeroporto di Beauvais. Al nostro arrivo a giugno l'agenzia AVIS che doveva fornire la macchina ci dice che la macchina secondo le loro indicazioni che abbiamo prenotato è una 7 posti. Dopo numerosi contatti con il broker che ha incassato a gennaio l'importo per una macchina di 9 posti non avendo soluzioni abbiamo dovuto per forza prendere la macchina 7 posti disponibile viaggiando per 12 giorni in 6 persone con i bagagli sui sedili. ASSURDO!! Il reclamo che abbiamo fatto al ritorno indicato da un impiegato del broker inviando tutta la documentazione è stato accolto con un esiguo rimborso di 81 euro per la DIFFERENZA DI CATEGORIA!!! IMPOSSIBILE QUESTA DIFFERENZA PER UNA MACCHINA PRENOTA 6 mesi prima. Non tenendo conto della difficoltà che abbiamo dovuto subire viaggiando in questo modo. Pessimo servizio...non consiglio assolutamente di rivolgersi a questo broker!! sconsigliatissimo!!!

Tramite questo broker ho noleggiato da Surprice-Lisbona un van per due settimane in Portogallo.
Ho avuto un guasto, ho chiamato sia Surprice che Rental24H e nessuno dei due mi ha mai risposto.
Il guasto era dovuto ad un malfunzionamento della spia dell'AdBlue e ho potuto comunque terminare il viaggio e rendere l'auto. Non mi hanno comunque mai richiamato per assistenza. Un guidatore più timoroso potrebbe ancora essere in autostrada ad aspettarli...

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. PLEASE save yourself the headache and hassle and go to another company. I have spent an unnecessary amount of hours with this inept company and still no resolve. I was charged 576.29 as deposit however, the credit was not applied to our rental. I contacted this company and they assured me they would resolve it only for me to get an email stating they will not refund me. Praise the Lord my bank handled the issue. Never booking from them again!!!

Worst car rental company I have ever used and I rent cars 30+ weeks a year. I reserved a van at the Venice Italy airport, my flight was delayed 3 hours and when I arrived they had already given my van away. They were out of cars so I had to rent at a different rental agency at the airport. I returned home to find the full week's rental for the van charged to my AMEX. When I called to dispute they said I was a "no show" so their contract states that shows will be charged the full rental fee. I explained I did arrive and they did not have a van or any car for me. They said sorry, our paperwork says no show, there is nothing we can do. I have disputed the charge through AMEX 4 times and they are still fighting me and will not refund the money on this fraudulent charge. I even have the receipt from the car rental agency next to them at the Venice airport and they say sorry you were a no-show. Completely unethical company.

I paid for a car with insurance before flying to Brazil. When I arrived at the airport, they refused to give me the car unless I paid for the insurance once again. The price was ridiculous and they refused to rent me the car, even though I had all the documentation with me.

After the incident, I asked for a refund and it's been almost 2 months and they have not returned my money. Absolute scumbags.

Booked & cancelled a car with fuul insurance from them with full refund condition available anytime before the start date. Got con as car rental was indeed refunded but not the car rental insurance by Alliianz. 24H pushed the onus to refund to Allianz, & they throw a “not refund” condition which is only found in the terms & condition page of the policy sent to me after the booking which was already too late to do anything!
On top of that, charges were billed in Euros, so when refunded, lost out on exchange rate. I lost USD21 for this stupid exercise!
So, be careful & don’t get con like myself!

Please beware of this operation. They cooperate with local car rental places that attempt to scam renters with a credit card trick - like for us in Bucharest, Romania. Upon trying to retrieve your car, the local agent pretends your card is not functioning or has no funds, and aggressively offers you a cash only option. Upon calling my credit card company, it was confirmed that the transaction was never attempted. Rental24H does know of this practice as there have been numerous reviews of that nature but they keep their payment and do not force the local agents into refunding. Unfortunately a ram shackle operation.

Don't choose this company to rent car. If you change your mind 4 min after booking, because you discover you need to have credit card to collect your car, this company charges you 85£! (information about credit card appears after payment). It was happened to my husband. Car booked on Monday to collect on Wednesday Customer service useless. Looks like scammers or fraud.
And this is not a true that other rental companies has the same terms and conditions. We rented car without credit card, using debit card and wasn't any problems.
