Amazing customer service from Marie! I got in touch on the chat quite late in the day and Marie was super helpful. I had quite a few annoying questions about stock levels and lead times for a few different types of floor. She answered all my questions super fast. Genuinely great customer services and really good prices for the quality of flooring too

Obtained a sample of vinyl flooring for kitchen which was perfect colour I wanted.Didn't take too long to arrive but the delivery system was awful.No time slots given,was given Tuesday for delivery and turned up late Thursday evening.Wasted 3 days of my time waiting with constant chasing with them.When arrived colour wasn't same as sample.Company weren't having it,sending me terms and conditions that colours can vary on roll.Demanded refund but they said I had to pay to send it back when it wasn't my fault.After so so many complaint e mails and them finally agreeing to take back eventually got a refund but still had to pay £35 for pick up when none of this was my fault.Im giving 1 star purely because the manager was helpful with all my complaining but no chance of getting my £35 back.Will never order again from them.Never had problems with samples from other on line companies.So if you not too fussed if colour comes through different from sample then fine order.

Polite, helpful, knowledgeable staff and very competitive prices. Good stockholding.

Just received our order of Laminate Flooring today. They arrived in good time on a pallet as expected. We had a series of emails throughout the process from the company to keep us informed of our order and delivery.

We can't thank the team enough. Great work, great product and a great price.

Not great. Flooring I ordered was not in stock with the supplier (no indication of this on the website). Payment was then taken anyway. I then had to hassle them to get a refund. This took over 2 weeks, the excuse being that my refund was passed to the accounts team to be processed but unfortunately the accounts team consists of one person and they are off sick. Hmmmm. Customer service is not great.

My advice would be to check that what you want to buy is in stock before you hand over your money. Just because it “seems” to be in stock, doesn’t mean the order can be fulfilled. Remland are still selling the flooring I want, even though they must know it’s currently unavailable. Also, if you would like a refund for any reason, do not expect to get your money back in the timescale stated on the website. It may take longer, you may need to contact them a few times to get them to pull their finger out and don’t expect any customer service that actually cares a jot.

I ordered a large piece of artificial grass from this company and was told it would be delivered in 7 to 10 days. Unfortunately it wasn't and I was then told a further 1 to 3 days and again it didn't arrive. I spoke to Dexter who assured me it would be delivered the very next day at 0800hrs and it was. The problem is with the courier company not Remland. I cannot thank Dexter enough for his prompt delivery this morning, he drove it down personally. IMO this is excellent customer service and this should be commended.

Great service and very pleased with the vinyl we ordered which is nice and thick and will cover smoothly places where the floor isn't quite level. Haven't yet had a chance of laying it though.

The most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Rude staff, error after error. Avoid

Just purchased a new Kitchen floor from Remland Carpet,
Flooring arrived on time, was easy to fit, and looks amazing, excellent Quality too.
Very Very Happy.

Excellent product and fast delivery.. Highly recommended.

Sale was fine, deal was good. Took a couple of chases to actually reply that the order was being processed, assured it would be with me by the end of the week.

Next week came, 10 days since purchase, still no flooring. More chases and eventually an admission that they didn't have it in stock and would i like one of the (cheaper, lower-quality) alternatives they had.

Not good.

ordered carpet 9th February £210 taken from my account to pay for same.
Told to expect delivery 12th March
12th March no delivery now expected 19th.
19th Carpert left 'our warehouse' and you
will get it 24th.
24th No delivery no apology, no explanation, no infomation and no carpet
28th Asked for refund of cash which will no doubt be the subject of more procrastination

I ordered some vinyl flooring and they confirmed a delivery day by email. I waited in all day to receive the delivery but by 4pm nothing had arrived. I called them to find out what was happening, they said they'd call back when they found out. No call by 5pm, I called them and the 'offices were now closed'. Called the next day, still no information on delivery time. I told them that I would wait until midday and then I would cancel my order, as I had other appointments. Still nothing by 12pm so had to cancel.

I ordered vinyl samples and subsequently some vinyl for my bathroom.

Samples great fast well packed.
The order looked well packed but the inside the end of the roll was all creased and folded over.

I emailed them, when it was a sale, lightening fast response. When its a problem no response.

Decide yourself if this is the sort of company you are happy to deal with.... I have, I won't.

Ordered some laminate flooring but was swiftly told in about a day or two that they were out of stock via email - fair enough.

They offered me the chance to select an alternative to which I declined and asked for a refund to which a member of the team said they would pass this onto the accounts team; this was on the 19th Nov 2020.

After checking my account there was still no refund and it was now the 30th. I had already purchased lamination from another site expecting the refund to be processed within a week. I contacted the person who dealt with my refund request again via email and was told she would chase the accounts team.

On the 8th of December after having enough I called and spoke to someone helpful who said they would inform the accounts team that this is an urgent request.

Although I technically did not complete a transactions with Remland I have had a questionable experience with their customer service. If not for my financial situation was more dire being out of pocket of a few ££'s for weeks could be devastating for some; especially if the refund took longer than 30 days meaning you would have to pay that of your credit statement

So my advice would be that if you can't complete your purchase maybe wait for a refund till you make another huge expensive purchase at alternative flooring site unless you have the luxury of having a substantial credit limit. As the refund process is lethargic.

Received our carpet, had it laid and then realised it had missing pile in the very centre... the issue wasn’t visible until it was laid. Emailed Remland about the issue with supporting pictures... had the following, extremely helpful response back.

“ Good afternoon,

Thank you for your email.

As per our terms and conditions once you cut into the flooring or have it fitted, you own it and no further claims can be considered“

Real shame, as I paid extra to go with Remland based solely on their review ratings! On this occasion I couldn’t have got it more wrong. Very poor quality product, backed up with very poor customer service! STEER CLEAR

I tried to order a carpet from Remlandcarpets 2 weeks ago. I was told by the customer support that shipping to my county should not be a problem. I then placed the order and was told they would get back to me with the cost of shipping. After several e-mails without a response i now give up. What a waste of time!
When people say they can deliver, they should at least apologize when they dont.

Have had two deliveries from this company recently and both were sent out promptly.

DX damaged one of the items in transit and after speaking to customer services they sent out another item for next day delivery. At their own expense.

Good prices and good service, can’t ask for much more.

I ordered a 12 pack Allura Fusion vinyl tiles at a cost of £96.02 They arrived in damaged packaging with only 5 inside. I called them and sent photo's as requested. I e-mailed again and again and was just ignored. No refund no replacement. I would not use this company.

Grey Coir Matting.
Not as shown in photos:
- Not as dense and thinner overall texture
- Looks black not grey
- Has obvious stripes on it from dyeing

Each fault above was shared on live chat with customer support. The reason was given that is it's a natural product so colour, texture, pattern might change. Basically expect anything.

The rep confirmed that around 50 shades of grey can come out due to it's origin, if that's the case then why not:
- Put that in the advert?
- Take better photos rather than the 'studio catalog' ones shown. Showing the variation of this natural product so customers can make an informed choice

The answer provided - we have T&Cs and a small line in the description to cover this. What a great way to mitigate any come back. So expect any possibility when ordering this product.

I'm not eligible for a refund, which is completely fine as we had it delivered and fitted without checking it - our fault. I hope though that the company can prove this isn't deliberately vague to get more sales by at least putting up some actual photos of the product taken under normal light and perhaps showing some of these '50 shades'
