Never delivered items. had to chase for reasons.. no genuine reasons, just didn't bother sending it. needed it urgently and was promised it. then no contact once paid. Had to chase for a refund also.
Dont really deserve to be in business. look at the other feedback before purchasing.

This has been the third laptop I've bought from this company over the last few years. All have been in excellent condition and continue to work well. Sam at Refurbished Laptops has always gone out of his way to help and he now has a chat function on his website which I used to speak directly to him and find the right laptop in double quick time. He quickly arranged collection and replacement without quibbling when a previous laptop arrived with a technical problem. When I need another laptop I will use this company again. All round excellent service

Ordered a Lenovo Thinkpad X380 Yoga on Thursday, machine arrived as promised on Monday morning, with follow-up by Sam. This is the second Laptop I have purchased from Refurbished Laptops and highly recommend this company. Service provided by Sam is exceptional.

Ordered a laptop on Monday and it arrived on the Wednesday. Good communications and prompt service.

After some delays I received the laptop that I ordered on the 28/1 today 15/2.
It was unfortunate that their website and phones went down during the first couple of weeks but Sam has recompensed me for the issues. The laptop is in excellent condition!

Paid for a laptop weeks ago - have called to get an update and the company said they'd send one...but haven't heard anything. It's been almost 4 weeks so will probably just try and cancel the payment with my bank... we've sent 5 emails and had no reply - don't trust this company, they've either lied or just ignored us :(

Really disappointing, as we paid we in time to get it for Christmas - this would have been my boyfriend's first new(ish) laptop in years and we were so excited - these guys have really let us down. Wish we'd gone somewhere else from the start!

UPDATE (8th Dec - placed order on 13th Nov!!): So after leaving this review, my boyfriend called again - the company appeared sorry, but said it was an "issue at the distribution centre". However - we've still not received anything! No emails and very much not the laptop - so still pretty terrible service. 100% would not purchase from again and would recommend others stay away from this company.

UPDATE: just in case anyone thought this got resolved - still nothing. No laptop, no email communication, not a jot... we called again after my last update and the person who answered said there had been another issue, but they were posting the laptop "that day, if not the next" - it seems that we're just being fobbed off :(

Sam offers an excellent service, prompt, efficient and cost effective. Plus there's the 12 month warranty. He can also arrange pick up/delivery. I bought a refurb from Sam then sent him my old Acer to upgrade. Both working better than new!!
If you need any refurb for yr laptops, Sam's the man!

This company is super to deal with! Sam helped me pick a refurbed laptop which would suit my needs, loaded it with all the applications I needed and sent it out next day delivery! The machine is excellent! Exceptional service!

I needed a laptop as soon as possible as mine had died a slow death. I messaged Sam about the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon I was interested in - he reassured me that he could get this to me by the end of that week.
The laptop actually arrived a day early, I was very happy! The laptop is as described, quick, and in great condition.
It has a 12 month warranty and I'm confident to recommend this company

My laptop arrived yesterday, it is refurbished but cosmetically it looks brand new and was well packaged. It seems to be working fine, it is quite fast and all the specs match what was advertised on the website. It took 3 weeks to arrive, both times I chased it up I received an instant courteous reply (using the messaging box on the website). If a two or three week turnaround isnt a problem for you then I would recommend using this company.

Splendid laptop in good condition. The card reader did not work but that was trivial anyhow. Well worth the price.
