Difficult to negotiate the process
Buying the voucher initially was relatively easy. To use it was more difficult! It was necessary to upgrade the voucher for the Spa location nearest to me. Once I had navigated that process booking my Spa day was extremely difficult as non of the links provided by Red Letter worked. In the end I had to contact the experience provider directly who provided me with a different link which then worked efficiently. In total it took me over two hours from start to finish. Not exactly a great customer experience.

Broadoaks afternoon tea…
The staff were friendly and looked after us well. The tea was well presented and freshly made. The hotel is in a picturesque setting with well kept grounds.

Lovely half day with afternoon tea
Lovely half day with afternoon tea. The food was very good with a good variety. My pescatarian requirements were catered for. Crew were hard working, kind and fun; nothing was too much trouble.
Would highly recommend and hope to return next Spring.

Tricky booking process…
We were very kindly treated to a 2 night luxury break. Searching for a suitable hotel was difficult as there was very little choice and availability was low. However, after a few months, I found one . The RLD website link to check availability wouldn’t work, so had to contact customer service to contact the hotel directly. However, from there on, the booking process was seamless and straightforward. The hotel and the break was beautiful- the staff couldn’t have done anymore to make our stay more comfortable. Was a good choice!
