I had a really great day at Brands Hatch and the Everyman team were helpful and very efficient. The only reason for not 5* was the poor online interface/instruction between Red Letter and Everyman, which requires a much clear path for the end to end process for my experience. Try getting someone who has never used RedLetter or Everyman to run through the entire process as a test.

Got to the venue tad late due to car issue. In the queue to book took ages. When it was my turn because of the situation I wasn't able to go out and drive. I have to rebook my experience again. Still not got an email for the re book.
Why could I of not still done the experience when you can book on the day to drive other cars anyway through out the day.
Shocking service. Don't recommend.

Complete nightmare.
We booked pre theatre dinning/ show. A few days before the date we had a tel.call from the eating venue saying it had ceased trading. It is now sorted but it was a complete nightmare. Talk about a Bad Day at the Office. It took all the pleasure away but the show Mamma Mia was really good.

Absolute nightmare of a company
Absolute nightmare of a company. Bought a dinner and theatre for two as a gift. Code doesn’t work. No bookable options. Waiting for hours on online chat help. A year later and still not booked. I’m not giving up as I’m pretty certain this is a deliberate model. Never again!

Red letter days changed our location . Meaning instead of a hours trip it was 2.5 hours away.
To start had 3locations wen purchased but when I needed to book it there was only 2 and the location was still in the description but was unable to select .
Red letter days wouldn't take any responsibility .
The location that was deleted was then uploaded at a higher price but Red letter days wouldn't swap it even tho it was no fault of our own .
We was menna jump out of plane from wiltshire which was close to us but had to jump from Peterborough. Was a quality experience but would go direct nect time not through Red letter costumer service from red letter we recieved was awful
I would def recommend peterborough to do your sky dive from. Friendly staff and a pleasure to be around . Brillaint communication and very helpful 👌 👏

Avoid these vouchers
I was unable to upgrade my seats in a theatre as the website refreshed and reverted to original offering. I didn’t notice until the tickets came through. I realised it was my error but it took well over a dozen emails and over a month to resolve. I felt that each customer service agent didn’t read previous replies and was given conflicting information from different agents too. I ending feeling that their ‘customer service’ aim is to make contact so difficult that you give up and don’t actually use your voucher. I would not recommend.
