Ordered a Miele dryer that was in stock, Saturday delivery for our area. Received an email on day of delivery for the 3 hour time slot the goods were due, and it arrived during this period.

Excellent service. I was disappointed that the Miele tumble dryer that I ordered could not be delivered for a week as it had to be ordered from Miele. However, on delivery, which was at the time stated, the delivery chap was more than helpful, and love the dryer.

Absoloutely awful ordered an oven on the 02/02/12 finally cancelled my order on the 23/02/12 after at least 5 phone calls asking where it was then to top it off i finally received my refund on the 14/03/12 after yet another 5 or 6 calls would never use again absoloute joke

Do not buy from this company ignore all reviews that are positive, they dont deliver gave me that old line about product being damaged in warehouse would take 10 days to get new one immediately cancelled and am now in process of getting a refund, already waited 3 days think i will visit there showroom companys that take your money under false pretences sicken me not having it.

The service in the showroom was good, helpful and informative. From there it was rubbish! I was promised my oven would take three days to come into stock. Only when I rang to chase it was I told it would be another week. I was not offered the chance of cancellation and only found out when I chased it. When it finally came in I did not get a call despite asking for one. I got a cruddy email. It got worse when trying to arrange delivery with surly service on the phone and no call back, no call before either just an email the morning of delivery to tell me it could be bwteen 9 and 12. They could have told me that on the Phone! After sales service needs to improve 100%

I ordered my Miele dishwasher online one evening. First thing next morning I got a call to tell me the delivery date and that I would get another call thew day prior with a 3 hr time slot. They phoned me in the evening of the day prior to confirm a delivery date and time.
The delivery was made exactly when they said and the whole transaction has been really well handled.

I ordered both Miele washing machine and condenser drier on line and then followed it up with a phone call to check they had received it. The chap answering the phone was most helpful and explained they only deliver to my part of the world on a certain day. We arranged a date and they came within the alloted time frame. Can't be better than that!

Ordered fridge was told 7-10 w.days for delivery, after almost 3 weeks Redhill still couldn't give me a delivery date. I had to chase as they hadn't told me of any delay. They said the item still wasn't in stock from the supplier. Yet they had had my money from the order date almost 3 weeks prior. Unacceptable service. When i called to cancel the order the guy from Redhill said he didn't blame me!! Ordered from appliance direct & got a delivery date for 2 days after. Maybe £20 more but wish i had done this from the start. I have a baby & to be without a refridgerator for 3 weeks has been a nightmare.

Miele washing machine wasn't in stock and would have to be ordered. I received a call informing me of this the next day, and asked if I wished to cancel or if I wished to go ahead as it would be a couple of weeks. The price was the best I could find on line so I was happy to wait. I received a call the evening before delivery informing me the washing machine would be delivered at 07.45am the following morning and it was. Very impressed with the service and would order from Redhill again

I ordered the oven on the 10th January as mine has given up the ghost, they appeared to be the best price via comparrisons and had OK reviews, contacted them and checked when it would be delivered via the phone, They confirmed that it would be 10 days as it had to be ordered from Zanussi, 10 days go by no contact from Redhill, I phone them up "will be one more week" claiming issues with the supplier, had had enough of waiting now after nearly of month, and cancelled the order, their promise to contact you if the order will take longer is a fallacy, I had to do all the contacting not once did they contact me to advise me of any delays.

Have ordered from appliances online today 4/02/2012 and they have already booked in a delivery with me for Monday 6/02/12 for the same oven just £25 more, and for that level of customer service is worth spending the extra money.

After reading previous reviews I realises that I have fallen into the very bad pile of customer experiences with this company, now to get my money back, as they have taken the money the day I ordered it.

After requesting the refund this morning and the promise that I would get a copy of the refund slip by the end of today have contacted them again at 3:30pm to gee them along, and have been informed that the accounts department don't work Friday! So it will not be refunded today, meaning I was lied to this morning, unsure why the person who answered the phone cant just work the card machine to send the refund after such a poor display of customer service, well done Redhill cheap but unreliable pay a little bit more for better service elsewhere.

I ordered a Zanussi Double Oven ZOU270X as Redhill Appliances was the best price by £45. The guy on the phone who took my call Adam was helpful and told me that it was not in stock and could not confirm an actual date but did provide an expectation.
My only grumble would be that I had to chase up for when it would be delivered, but once I had a date I was told that I would receive an e-mail first thing to tell me a three hour delivery window. E-mail arrived and oven arrived smack in the middle of the times.

We ordered a microwave grill oven on the 4th December to replace a broken one. Money was taken directly from our account and we were promised delivery within 5-7 days. After 10 days having had no communication re. product delivery, we called them to chase up the order. They were totally disinterested, made no apology, and said they were still awaiting delivery of the product. We expressed concern and asked for confirmation that we would receive the microwave in time for Christmas. We were told 'it should be just a few more days'. After several phone calls and no response, we then had to manage without over Christmas. One month on from placing our order, still no microwave and so we cancelled. We ordered the same product through Appliance House Ltd. who couldn't have been more helpful and delivered the next day. Unacceptable service and false advertising from Redhill!!

I ordered several appliances for my new kitchen from Redhill Appliances after using a price comparison website. Because I wanted to buy a double oven, dishwasher, and cooker hood I asked if they could do a bulk discount and was then told to ring Lee, manager at the Croydon showroom. He was efficient, businesslike but friendly, gave me some good discounts so I ordered. A day or so before they arrived I rang the main number in Redhill to ask something and spoke to a bored-sounding man who put me on hold for an age, but finally gave me the information I wanted.

They all arrived exactly when specified. I didn't install or use them for a couple of months as I'd not yet moved in to the house.
When I came to use the oven I discovered to my horror that it got incredibly hot on the outside - not something I have ever had before with any oven I've used. It was a big problem as far as I was concerned as I have young children, an open-plan kitchen/living room and it was hot enough to cause injury. Apparently this is completely within safety standards, as externally ovens are allowed to reach a temperature that can burn you! I had picked it out seeing that the spec said 'double glazed' oven doors and went on about safety.

So having read more on the internet and rung Bosch customer services (they sent a man out who took the temperature of the glass, agreed it was too hot to be touched and then said that was fine), I realized I didn't have a leg to stand on and was probably stuck with an oven I didn't feel I could safely use.

I rang Redhill Appliances anyway. After my conversation with Lee when ordering I knew I wanted to talk to him instead of the bored sales rep. Lee immediately agreed to replace the oven with a different one of equal value that I picked out (triple-glazed this time). He then rang back shortly afterwards to say that one wasn't going to be in stock for a couple of weeks so he would upgrade me to one of two more expensive ones (£50 more) at no cost to me, and would deliver it the next morning himself on his way into work. I checked out the specs, which were indeed better, and chose the Neff one.

True to his word Lee turned up, removed the Bosch one and helped us install the new oven, which has worked perfectly ever since (9 months later). I nearly kissed him but instead promised at the time I would write a glowing review, so here it is, albeit very late. Thanks - you are fab!

I ordered an AEG Cooker on Oct 24th 2011. Surprised to hear from the company that it would take 4 weeks to arrive - never mind should still be here for Christmas. Well, it's Dec 18th, still no cooker and a distinct lack of enthusiasm to ginger up the manufacturer on the stock position when I called. As my old cooker is broken I have no idea how I am going to cook Christmas Dinner. Going to ask for a refund tomorrow and hope I can get something from another supplier.

i have used Redhill Appliances to buy Elica cooker hood products and also Miele washing machines. they have the best prices i could find on the internet and delivery has always been straightforward with no problems whatsoever. good website too, easy to navigate with nive clear pictures.. rated 5 *****

Good price for Miele appliances and delivery was on time as arranged, this is the second time I've used this company and would recommend them to others.
