This is my second large white good appliance brought from Redhill Appliances in the last twelve months. I simply cannot rate this company high enough on every aspect of service. Price is extremely competitive, as is the overall level of service and communication. Delivery was very efficient (date and time slot). I would not hesitate to purchase further items from the company and would encourage my friends and family to do likewise.

I ordered a few items from this company over a couple of different orders, as one of my key items was good value and they had all the items I wanted listed. None of the items came together, and on the first order one item was delayed. On the second order, I had to chase when the items would be delivered to be told that one of my items was out of stock. the others were delivered and after a month, I chased the outstanding item. It still was not in stock and therefore I asked for a refund to get it elsewhere. Three weeks on I am still waiting for the refund, despite chasing. There are better and quicker companies out there.

I bought this freezer , and I am very happy with it.

The prices were very reasonable, the communication about delivery was good and the delivery took place just as planned. Driver helpful. I would use Redhill appliances again.

Good price but slow to arrive. I dont think much stock is held. I needed advice on the product when it arrived but the person I spoke to could not help.
If you know what you want and dont need backup then a good place to buy

Our story is similar to any negative story on this website: we ordered appliances from this store, after few weeks and no sign of the order, we cancelled. Despite the promise to refund within 30 days, nothing was credited to our account. After further two weeks of calls/emails to polite, but totally useless sales and account teams, we understood that they were not going to pay us back and claimed money from our credit card company under Section 75.

We would recommend to stay away from this shop.

checked prices and stock online and found Redhill Appliances to be the cheapest. Rang them and ordered over the phone. Was given a delivery date which they stuck to and the driver very helpful and pleasant. Would buy from them again.

This is the third time I have purchased from Redhill Appliances. I have never been disappionted. The prices are always competitive and delivery was quick. Emails kept me informed of the progress of my order. And I expected 7 to 10 days for my delivery. But my new Miele dishwasher arrived in 4 days exactly at the time I expected. I even got a phone call just before the driver arrived which meant I did not have to wait around for the delivery. completely faultless thus 5 stars

I ordered from Redhill Appliances following a Which? review recommending a Miele tumble dryer, and Redhill being the nearest cheapest. I also needed a hoover. I spoke to Redhill about both appliances and received good, honest advice, to supplement what I had learned from Which? I was kept fully informed about my delivery slot, and everything arrived on time as promised. I would buy from Redhill again.

The recent purchase was a Miele larder fridge and the price was the best I could find. The ordering process was simple and delivery was as promised. I have used this company before and will do so again. Thoroughly recommended.

This was a replacement dishwasher (Miele) via insurance. Redhill were £300 cheaper than John Lewis for the same machine. They were very helpful on the phone and were upfront and honest about the one week that it would take for them to get the machine into stock (on a Friday) and out to us the following Tuesday.

Everything went as planned and delivery was made on the expected day - at 8.40am on the day of delivery I received an email from them giving a three-hour delivery window - the driver kept to that and was helpful and efficient, taking the old machine away at the same time.

Overall, I would recommend them and will probably use again if the prices remain as competitive.

Truly recommend Redhill Appliances, always competitive, usually the cheapest. Deliveries always when they say they will be and super-fast. Try them you wont regret it !!
