Looking to swap city life to village life
Always said no to a new build; don't know why but
then we thought why not and started looking.
We found developments too big, properties too close to each other and not enough green.
Then we came across Gascoigne Park and met Sally; she answered every Q we asked on each of our visits regarding the development and the properties we looked at.

We love that the challenges found in other development's are not replicated here and our boxes were ticked in our favour....result!

At no point did Sally become pushy just to achieve a sale or hurry our time or hers and that speaks volumes and is very much appreicated and is a credit to Redcliffe homes.

As this would be a relocation for us, Sally also told us about the village and the neighbouring town, including where to park and where to grab some lunch ~ knowledge is key and great that it was shared!

Everything about our visits from what we saw, what was said, and the fact that we found a property that is: good size plot, lots of natural light inside, garden that isn't overlooked, love the higher walls, good size garage means that we are now in the process of buying and we can't wait to relocate

We are finally just days away from moving into our lovely new Redcliffe home at Lackham Place Chippenham. It would not have happened without the amazing Heather & Lucinda at the Rowden Gate Sales Office. We’ve been trying to get here for almost a year and whether it be Lucinda chasing errant Estate Agents or lighting fires under slack solicitors, or Heather driving the project forward with warm professional assurances and the key marketing advice we badly needed, we could not be happier. Could not have been in better 🙌 hands.well played ladies n thank you.

I am very pleased with my new home at Rowden, Chippenham. I dealt mainly with Heather in the office and she was really helpful. Any snags were sorted really quickly and I didn’t really have anything apart from the odd touch up with paint I was surprised how quick they were to make everything perfect. The homes are good quality and it’s a lovely quiet place to live. You can walk through fields with dogs etc and there is now a nearby bus stop which goes to the high schools and shops. Would definitely recommend Redcliffe.

Absolutely delighted with our new home at Gascoigne Park. Sally the site director is an absolute legend. Efficient and any queries etc are dealt with in a rapid and seemless way. Sally doesn't sell houses, she sells homes.

Louise and Richard were very supportive during the moving process with my parents. Louise kept in touch and was always available to answer any questions.louise was also very understanding of the situation and didn’t rush the process.

Recently purchased a home at Lackham Place, Chippenham. The homes are excellent, well spec'd, well finished and the rooms are all of a good size - certainly more generous than other new builds in the area. The development is well laid out and once matured will be a very pleasant place to live.
My purchase was handled by Heather on the on-site sales office who was at all times patient, professional, polite and welcoming and who made the whole thing as painless as possible and used her experiences to help me come to the right decision.
If you are thinking of buying a new build in Chippenham do give Heather and her team a visit.

We recently bought a Redcliffe home and they are simply beautiful. The quality is second to none and the rooms are so much bigger than any other new builds. The spec is amazing. We were dealt with by Heather in the Chippenham office and she was super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. If you’re thinking of buying, I thoroughly recommend you speak to Heather at Lackam Place Chippenham. We’ve had absolutely no problems at all and the Site Manager was great too. All round, the easiest, friendliest and most professional service we’ve had when buying a new home!

We have recently moved into our Redcliffe Home at Lackham Place, which is amazing. Our entire purchasing journey has been expertly guided by Heather in the sales office who has a wealth of experience and knowledge of Redcliffe. We recently had the pleasure of meeting with Sally at Redcliffe regarding Plot 42 at Gascoigne Park in Milborne Port, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the experience.

Sally was incredibly informative, approachable, and generous with her time. She took the time to walk us through every detail, answering all of our questions thoroughly and ensuring we felt confident and well-informed throughout. Her professionalism and friendly manner made the whole process both enjoyable and reassuring.

We would also like to extend our thanks to Adrian, who kindly took time out of his busy schedule to show us around Plot 42. His insight and willingness to help were very much appreciated. Especially on a request for a little electrical change. 

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and Sally is a real credit to the Redcliffe team. Thank you both for your time and support.

We are in the process of attempting to buy a new property at Gascoigne Park in Milborne Port and have visited the site on a number of occasions. On the first visit we were lucky enough to meet with Sally, the on site sales manager, who showed us around the particular house we are interested in. Sally is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable with respect to all aspects of the local site and able to answer any number of questions you might have. She instills confidence in the Redcliffe brand and is a great ambassador for the company. We are currently experiencing difficulties with the sale of our current property and have revisited Gascoigne Park to discus our possible options. Sally has been very supportive, empathetic and helpful with her advice in a most professional manner. If we are able to successfully move to Milborne Port, it will be in no short measure, due to the help and assistance Sally has given us.

One-year on and the list of faults continues to grow. My God, if there was a nightmare house builder of the year award, Redcliffe Homes would win it!!!

We are now ensconced at our new Redcliffe home at Gascoigne Park. The hand over/take over process was conducted by Sally (Sales Manager) and Barry (Site Manager.Once again we were impressed with the attention to detail, consideration and professionalism we experienced. The level of detail covered in the initial "snagging" was impressive and although minor in nature, problems were addressed promptly with no issue being too much trouble. The on-site team were helpful and attended to our needs "at the drop of a hat". The whole moving in process has only reinforced that our decision to purchase a Redcliffe property was the right decision! Thanks to all involved and we look forward to the final "bedding in" stage, confident that any issue we experience will be supported and remedied by what has proved to be an excellent team!!

I thoroughly recommend Redcliffe Homes. We just bought a Foxham and couldn't be happier.

Sally has been tremendously supportive in helping me to settle in.
I am very happy with all the work done, and all the fixtures and fittings.

We moved into our new Redcliffe home two weeks ago and couldn’t be happier! From day one, Sally, Dean and the team have been amazing — going above and beyond to make sure everything was right. We’ve felt settled and supported every step of the way, and every query has been handled quickly and with genuine care. We do not regret our decision at all — we’re so happy here and truly grateful for everything they’ve done. Thank you!

We moved in recently, the process was seamless. This is largely in part to Sally, she is very professional and approachable, always on hand to help. She came to see us after moving in and has popped in several times since to ensure everything is OK. Any little
snags we have had are being dealt with promptly, I found Sally hugely attentive and she has made the process a excellent experience. Dean and Barry are also really good and very helpful. Very happy with the house and the whole experience thus far.

We are so looking forward to moving to Milborne Port and we are delighted with the wonderful help and support we have received from Sally to date. A lovely small development of quality homes.
