​I cannot recommend the team at Rowden Gate highly enough. Having lived on the site for almost two years now, I am genuinely impressed that the level of customer service hasn't wavered since the day I moved in.
​The site and sales team has been nothing short of amazing. They have been incredibly patient, taking the time to explain every technical detail of the house so I felt completely confident in my new home. It’s the small, personal touches that really set them apart—just the other day, Paul saw me struggling with my bins and stepped in to help without hesitation. We’ve had a really positive experience mainly due to our Relationship Manager, Lisa Britton, at the Brooklands Park development. From the outset, Lisa has been incredibly responsive and approachable, always taking the time to address any questions or issues we’ve had.

She has consistently gone above and beyond to help resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. Her friendly and professional manner has made the whole process much smoother and has made it easier to settle into our new home.

Overall, we’ve been really impressed with Lisa’s level of customer service and support. We’re very grateful for everything she’s done for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend others based on the service we’ve received from Lisa.

I met Ryan and Sam at Curbridge Meadows site. I was very impressed with the professionalism, politeness and smile the Team has. On the initial contact I found very interesting how Ryan presented the development and plots using a TV screen, the detailed description and knowledge were very impressive. The team maintained regular and proportionate contact, and tried to understand my needs and challenges. Overall I am very impressed with the support provided and high quality personalized sales services.

The sales experince at Crest Nicholson (Cringleford heights) was really good. Appreciative of the sales representatives, Katrina Donaldson and Freya lines for their flexibility and professionalism.

Thankful for the wider sales team who helped with the sales price to make the house more affordable for me.

I will be honest and say that there could be a few improvements to the design of the house to make it more functional and have more storage space. But these weren't too major.

Regardless, the finish of the house was good and the support they gave to rectify issues is very prompt. I have friends that bought with them and they said the same.

Ali from Perrybrook has put up with all of our unannounced visits, every time we have come into the sales office, it has always been unplanned yet we have had lots of questions and every time Ali has made time for us, given us all the detail we have asked for and made us feel welcome.
Today, we had a planned appointment to discuss the house we would like and needless to say, we reserved it.
There isn’t anything Ali can’t answer, she knows the Perrybrook site incredibly well and speaks very highly of the workmanship and the team she has both in the office and on site.
We feel very comfortable moving forward with buying our house and that is all down to the consistent service Ali has given us all the way through.
