I called to removed my son from my insurance as he has passed his test and now has his own car and insurance, I was charged £79 for the pleasure, I understand an admin fee, but disgusted with it being that amount. I could have said nothing and left him on, but was being honest.
I had nothing but praise for this company prior to this. Staff are all very good, prices were great.
I will not be renewing with them.

Spoke with Ed Aldous to change the vehicle on my policy. He was so friendly and polite and dealt with my enquiry quickly and efficiently and didnt make me feel like a nuisance for calling like so many other customer service advisors do. Thank you Ed! :)

Came to her with a problem, she listened, reiterated that she understood my concerns, calmed me down and explained whilst sympathising with me and my situation and within 5/10 minutes came back with a resolution and all of my concerns gone.

Took out a policy but the date was the day after for unknown reason. Called them 20 mins after to correct and they wanted to charge I kid you not £3,000 to adjust or £85 to cancel. I could understand if I was cancelling after the policy had started but this was before and only 20 mins after it was done online. Really poor service highly recommend staying away as who knows what would happen if you needed to claim.

The adviser I spoke to today Cheryl Austin was not only polite and helpful, she actually sorted out my query without any fuss, thank you.
