Don’t believe stock availability
I ordered 10 of one item 10 of another, both showing lots of stock and could be delivered in one day. The one item was delivered the other I was informed would follow. I had to contact customer services to enquire why it was delayed, answer was no stock and don’t know when it would be back in stock. I have asked for a refund for the missing items but no response. I’ve been let down and I am out of pocket. Fortunately pi hut helped me out, rapid could learn a lot from them. I still want my refund!

The website would not allow me to pay or have the item delivered to an address other than the payment address unless I created an account. I did so but it still wouldn't allow the delivery. I needed the item urgently. I had a web chat with a very helpful lady who told me I had to have the account for 30 days for that to happen but she did something at her end which made it possible and the item was duly delivered the next day. The item itself was exactly as described and just what we required.

Very slow delivery
Very slow delivery. No method of contacting Rapid to ask them to ask DHL where my order is, and no chance of doing it directly with DHL. This would put me off using Rapid in future, and I wouldn't consider them for anything needed promptly.

Use caution if you HAVE to order from here...
If you have to order from here, Pay via PayPal... Is all i can recommend.
Ordered a doorbell transformer, item arrived and item specification was different to listing (genuine error on their part)....so of course requested via their website a return request.
One week later ZERO communication and asked PayPal to step in, which luckily i got my money back instantly.
So i suggest look elsewhere to order your items.
