I honestly can’t trust TFF Breaks to reliably deliver cards, and I’d encourage others to be cautious — especially if you’re outside the UK.
Lucas seems like a nice enough guy personally, but the overall shipping and fulfillment process is incredibly disorganized. I’ve spent thousands upon thousands of dollars with them over time, yet it doesn’t seem like they value customers enough to consistently make sure people actually receive their cards.
They’re very happy to take your money, but breaks can sit for weeks before they even run, unless discounts are added to help fill them. Then, once the break finally happens, shipping is often slow or doesn’t happen at all unless you actively follow up and remind them.
The typical experience goes something like this:
You buy into a break and pay for shipping upfront.
The break takes 2–3 weeks (or longer) to finally run.
After the break, you may or may not receive a shipping notification.
If you don’t, you often have to message them yourself just to get your cards shipped.
The biggest issue is transparency. If you didn’t watch the break live, you’re basically relying on them to accurately tell you what you hit and whether it was shipped. There have been cases where even “Others” spots — where statistically it’s very unlikely to get skunked — were said to have produced no hits. That leaves customers having to go back and rewatch the break themselves to verify everything.
One time, months after participating in a break where all of my cards supposedly should have already shipped, I randomly purchased another shipping label from their site — and additional hits unexpectedly showed up in the mail afterward. That really damaged my confidence in their fulfillment process.
Even when breaks do run on time, shipping communication is still inconsistent, and customers often have to chase them down for updates.
At the end of the day, they just aren’t transparent, organized, or reliable enough for me to feel comfortable trusting them.
