I purchased the Original WiFi Booster. They advertised on Facebook and were selling the devices in groups of 2. Nowhere did they state only 1 device will work at a time, meaning I could not set up all the devices on my network which has 1 modem. Although they agreed to accept return of the devices they refuse to pay the return shipping charges!!! They lied by implying that more than 1 can be used (why else sell them in multiples), and don't stand behind their statements, whether real or implied.

I ordered a single small item 12 weeks ago. It has not arrived and the company y refuses a refund. Now they say it is being reshipped and at the same time they say they are out of stock. Smells like fraud. BEWARE.

This place is an absolutely horrible rip off place never again im going to put my reveiw on facebook instagram twitter etc they are full of it products are rubbish every email for a refund which i never received was from a different person 20 different names appeard on all my emails no good

This is the worst service I have every received. Giving them 1 star made me sick. They sent the wrong product. Took 2 weeks and now they want me to spend the money to send the wrong product back before they give me a refund. Crazy. Not sure how they stay in business.

I have been ripped off by this company too. THEY FRAUD people. Do not buy from them, rather SUE them. I bought a professional telescope from them as well for $108 and it turned out to be a small plastic one woth parts that don’t even fit together. They have a 100% money back policy and i emailed them a week after my product got shipped yet they started making excuses that we’ll offer 10% discount in your next purchase or I could exchange it for any other item on their website. I simply told them that I want to return it and get my money back, to which they say we have a 30-day return policy and it will not be returned. Let me assure you that I will not rest until I get my money back or I shall be suing your asses and all these people commenting here with a terrible excuses are here in my support. You guys are done!!!

I too have been ripped off by this company. Product was fine for 2 weeks and then died. Can't get and address for return. They keep making up more conditions. Buyer be ware

I too have just been ripped off by this Company. I ordered a telescope which was advertised on my phone as a Professional telescope and they send me what can only be described as a kids toy. They charged me US$108 for this and when I researched the product they sent me, it could be bought on Amazon for US$29! I contacted them and they advised me that they supplied what I ordered and offered me 10% discount on my next purchase. I subsequently saw their advert again for the telescope and screen shot it as the video showed a fully grown man using a very large telescope. This Company are just dishonest thieves and I hope many potential Customer see my review although I suspect many more people will be robbed yet. It is just good that their are on line Companies who have honour and integrity unlike this lot. SHAME ON THEM !!!!

I am disgusted with this company, bought a telescope, what arrived boar absolutely no resemblance with the photo of what I purchased, in fact it was a cheap childrens one, absolute JUNK. I have done everything they have asked in terms of returning it i.e., sent it by tracking postage. It is over 3 months since I returned it and I have still not received it.
I would never use RAMA DEALS again, they are a total rip off

bought the solar birdbath fountain March 2018. it stopped once but I managed to clean debris off it & it started working again. it has stopped working completely now. I contacted them as they advertise a 1 year warranty, but their response is that they have a strict 30 day return policy. Bad customer service, garbage product

I ordered a smart door screen against insects. It took 3months for me to get it and when i received and installed it i realised the produxt is of EXTREMELY POOR quality. I asked to return it and receive my money back but they did not allow that although they say full money back guaranty.

Solar Water Fountain. I bought the solar water fountain back in May, I've contacted them at least 20 times trying to find out where my fountain is. Now it's nearly November and still no fountain. I've now contacted the 6 times to get a refund. All I get in return is an auto response, no human contact. Don't buy from this company!

Bought fake gaslight bulbs. Worked two weeks. Customer service sucks.

Horrible I order the I scanner still havent gotten it and no tracking no nothing worst customer email service ever. They should be fined for the scamming people.
They shouldn't get the money till the item ships.
I despise companys like this. Do not buy anything from them.

Absolute rubbish. The iheadphones were rubbish quality and arrived broken. I sent a photo and was offered a replacement. I told them I wanted a refund, but for a Week they continued to offer a replacement. Finally they agreed to refund, but I had to ship them back to China at MY expense. They continuously refuse to accept their responsibility to pay for the refund. I’m in the UK and have reported the company to our Trading Standards. Hopefully they’ll be banned from selling in uk

This company uses dishonest advertising practices offering one product but then shipping a different product infinitely inferior to what you thought you purchased. Contacting them by e-mail ( because there is no way to call them ) is useless. They will claim to have checked their records and confirmed that they sent what was ordered. I even sent them pictures of junk they sent and screen shots from their ad but to no use. These people will rot in hell and I suppose I will have to extract 100$ of satisfaction from that. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

This company is a joke. Do not buy from them. They send out items 2-3 months after you order them and then when they do not work, they make you jump through so many hoops to do a return which I did for 4 months. After getting them every bit of information they asked for they then told me they have 30-day return policy. Then why did you just make me send you item after item after item. Makes no sense. They are rude and impossible to work with.

Poor, poor, poor service. I tried to cancel a purchase through them almost immediately after I ordered it and was told it was too late that I just needed to refuse the package when it came and they would issue a refund. I did exactly what I was told, now it has been 3 months and they will not refund my money, they want tracking numbers from my postal carrier which they already have because the numbers are the same, nothing was opened and it was refused, I received no paper work from the post office and they cannot help me. I send emails often to this company and always get the same response from Jessica, Sophie, Emily or Mia and I am tired of it. These people are crooks, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
