If anyone is interested in starting a class action suit against Rama lets do it. I too have had the experience of ordering from them and never receiving the item after continual emails and excuses. THIS HAS TO BE STOPPED. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT SCAM ARTISTS.

As everyone else has said, this company is a fraud. I ordered a VHS to digital converter which never came. I contacted them and was given excuse after excuse as to why the item was never received, including two fake DHL shipping tracking my numbers. Don't expect any help from PayPal. This has been going on for years and PayPal just looks the other way.
My apologies to PayPal. They settled my case in my favor, and I will get a refund!!

If I could give this company minus stars, I would. Their products are substandard, their warehouse is in China, and they are in Canada. Trying to get a refund for a useless Dog GPS system they sent me. My only recourse was through Paypal because that's how I paid for it. They have used every excuse in the book to tell me I could not get a refund, i.e., the transaction was more than 30 days ago (it's not), they'll give me 10% refund (NO!), they'll give me 20% refund (AGAIN NO!), they want me to accept an exchange (NOT ON YOUR LIFE!), etc. etc. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered, but as one other reviewer pointed out, they are listed on the internet under a completely different name so you don't know what you're getting. AND they DO NOT disclose that they are out of the country, and that their products come from China. BEWARE!! They should be drummed out of business--at the very LEAST, Paypal should drop them!!! Worst experience I've ever had!

Like others wish I had read this, however the advertising was under a different name and then you are redirected to RAMA deals. I have been waiting for 2 GPS watches. Which so far I have had 3 different shipping numbers. Loads of emails, one stating that I can't have a refund as I ordered it over 30 days ago. SCAM

Ordered a handheld scanner at the end of October. Was told item was on back order and they will not issue a refund. They told me to refuse item and then I would get a refund. Every time I ask for a refund they say it is on back order but yet I keep getting adds emailed to me about purchasing one. I feel they are a scam so do not purchase from them. They take your money and you get nothing but emails promising that it will take 2 weeks. Not cool.

I have bought a PET GPS tracker - it arrived after 1 1/2 month and is really bad. To be waterproof as they wrote it would be, there should be silicone rings attached, but they were missing and they Will not send new. They Will not pay for return, even though the product is not as promised. The GPS is not accurate and respons very slow. Do NOT buy this product it is absolute waste of Money. The worst Company i have ever done business with

This is the worst experience. I tried to cancel my order within minutes after ordering and did not hear back. Constantly have tried contacting them and finally was told it was too late. Now I am trying to return the item and of course their website does not have instructions for this and have yet to hear back from so called "customer service" .

Wish I had read these reviews first. Scam company that does not ship product. I have claim open with PayPal and I WILL get my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Their website solicited a review but would not accept negative reviews.

I received a faulty and unsafe peek a boo bear baby product. The fur was pulling out, the screw holiday in the battery case was far too small and flimsy, the material was unstitched and it simply didn’t work properly. I was initially told they would replace the product and I didn’t need to return it even though I had asked for a full refund. After a couple of emails explaining I didn’t want another toy they said I had to pay all shipping costs to return it! They offered me a 20% discount on another purchase! I would not give a baby a dangerous toy and refuse to give them another cent 😡😡

This company is a scam and an absolute fraud!
1. The website states 24-48 hour for fulfillment with 14-21 days to delivery.
2. Once order was placed I was told that "due to the volume of orders there would be a delay in order fulfillment."
3. I contacted support to ensure delivery before Christmas and only received canned responses about fulfillment and delivery times.
4. Asked for a refund 3 times before I received a shipping notification.
5. Immediately responded requesting them to NOT ship the item and, instead, issue the refund I requested.
6. Was told that since the item was already shipped I cannot receive a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Taken money twice for 1 sale .Fraud of course

Trying to save innocent people from losing their money. They charged my credit card via PayPal 90 days ago ... still haven't received my order. They have sent me TWO different DHL tracking numbers - both of them don't exist. This is the very last time I will order from a company whose name I have never heard of. Learning from my mistakes and as a good citizen, trying to spare anyone else from squandering their hard-earned money on an internet FB ad that probably doesn't exist.

DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE, THEIR PRODUCTS ARE CRAP. FALSE ADVERTISING AND NO REFUNDS OR NOTHING GUARANTEED. BEWARE, BEWARE!

Never ever buy anything from this company!!!!

I ordered a telescope on Instagram which was advertised as a Professional telescope (big discount from $299 to only $99) showing a fully grown man using a very large telescope and they send me what can only be described as a kids toy that fit in a shoe box size box. They charged me US$108 for this crap. I contacted them and they offered me 10% discount and when I insisted on returning it they offered 20% discount or exchange for another product!!. This is a fraudulent company stay clear!! Still dealing with getting refund on Paypal

If therewas a way to rate 0 stars that would be my review. I ordered not one but two kareoke mics and have been waiting 2+ months with still no shipping confirmation and no product. I got two exact same messages stating an apology and that I could expect shipping in 4-6 business days then a third stating I could expect shipping with confirmation in 5-10 business days. And no shipping confirmation let alone product. This is a scam and I plan to make complaint with both facebook where the product sale came from as well as the BBB. Do not ever order any product from this company! Its a major scam.

STAY AWAY!!! This is a terrible company to do business with! Not only they will never deliver your purchase, but they will keep giving you excuses of lost shipments and apologetic mails. NOTHING will get to you! I waited 70 days for a vest, then I was told that they were going to re-ship the order and 40 days later.... nothing yet. Save your money, time, and patience... go somewhere else!

I want to change my opinion about this Company. I ordered a GPS dog collar there and it arrived after nearly 2 month. I already thought that this was an internet fraud, but sorry! It's o.k.

WARNING scam do not buy there products spent three months trying to get proper item as advertised(telescope)paid $120.00 and recieved a toy sent the pics of what I ordered and what I got and they still deny responsibility now a law suit is being filed as a group of over fifty buyers WARNING SCAMMERS

What a Terrible ripoff company! I ordered the soft rubber earbuds and they sent me the hard plastic buds because they were sold out of the ones I ordered! I cannot use them as they are too big for my ears. They will Not send me a shipping label because it’s Not their policy. So I am stuck with ear buds I cannot use! I do NOT recommend this Company at all, as I was scammed in believing I would receive what I ordered!! Not a “variant” as they said!

Ordered a solar powered fountain in May 2018 - credit card was charged but merchandise never received. When we contacted the company they stated that we refused it and returned it, We did neither and our credit card was not refunded and should have been if they recieved the merchandise back. We have contacted them several times by e-mail as this is the only way they will communicate with you. I would never order anything by them again.
