Just got taxi insurance through these guys. Couldn’t of been more helpful. All paperwork emailed as promised within 5 minutes. The staff were very courteous professional and knowledgeable about what I needed. Well done to you all. Would definitely recommend and after having a non fault accident within one month it was dealt with quickly and easily. Was paid out within a week for a total loss claim. Absolutely amazing service

Absolute joke shop brokers, avoid at all cost will do anything to take your money. They said they would email me all my policy details straight away, did not recieve anything or even a confirmation of payment. Called to query and they sent me a cover note saying Im insured through the most atrcious insurance company in the world. Trustpilot suggested by many to avoid, rang milestone to cancel and they kept the deposit claiming its their fee for doing absolutely nothing. Not even sent me any details of payment, policy or cancellation. But happy to take my money, customer service totally shamefull, said I want to complain to a manager. Would not refer me to manager or even give me details to a complaints department. After numerous requests was given an email and told by advisor that it will take 5 weeks to reply. Avoid any policy or dealings with such a company they are full of lies and will take your money.
As I said before joke shop, your replying to a review a year later. And still jutifying your incompetence. You did not process anything or send me anything, I cancelled straight away and to justify your stupid costs you emailed a lot later and then decided to send me some post a week later. Absolute rediculous. So glad I cancelled, god knows what would happen with such shamefull company if I had to put claim in.

Awful service broker for dodgy insurance companies scam money to do absolutely nothing to sell void policies from non conforming insurance sellers

We received quotes for insurance for our business. The quote was competitive but we received a cheaper quote elsewhere. When we informed them their quote wasn't chosen they sent a snippy e-mail stating that they had worked hard and wasted time getting a quote together only to not win the business which is surely part and parcel of their business as they can't possibly win every quote? We were told in no uncertain terms not to bother them again the following year which smacks of unprofessionalism and throwing their toys out of the pram as well as being incredibly rude. My advice would be to avoid this company!
